This is such a good question… and I’ve been thinking about this past week or so.
I have two years remaining in Master Trainer Program and I appreciate the sharing from all of you.
What led me to the Master Trainer Program is that the world is an ever-changing place, systems constantly working and changing at the micro and macro level and there are multiple opportunities and issues in our world now and we know there will be in the future. To be in balance with Earth and the Universe, to transform the planet, to be adaptable, to influence and lead, to be an agent of change etc, I believe we want our consciousness to evolve and function in a way that our systems here on Earth and beyond truly benefit and to do that education is key. Yes, I’ll be doing trainings and I will be coaching. Trainings will evolve too because there is always more and our trainings, even though we have a fantastic model to follow from Tad and Adriana, we refine our frames and examples to bring relevance to the experience and adapting to what is happening in the world along the way. Consciousness is more than education, it’s what we do with the education – the application. Training others is about empowerment and this brings me back to global empowerment and leadership.
