I’d love to talk revenue resilience (among other things).
I am outsourcing alot of my activity now, and I just hired a marketing manager to take some of the day to day team communication.
I should be able to continue to estimate my expenses as the trainings grow. I have an accountant that gives me revenue predictions and we meet quarterly to discuss income goals and tweak expense strategies.
