My pleasure… check your email and we will set a time next week after Master Practitioner finishes in Sydney. Revenue resilience is a topical topic!

Ahhh revenue resilience is a hot topic for business owners… in a world of disruption, ensuring that the disruption is treated as an opportunity and any potential threats to revenue are turned into revenue opportunities. For example, in the coaching world, coaches who saw a potential threat to client-coach interface and changed their coaching programs, offering online retreats etc to protect revenue and grow another source of revenue. Or the construction industry – builders are building houses with different designs and reducing reliance on materials that are in a long supply chain and import based. It’s like an offshoot to another opportunity. And for this to work – looking ahead and asking “what might happen – am I ready” and chunk up. Wait for it…..For what purpose?

As NLP trainers, we are very familiar with the Hierarchy of Ideas! I love that technique! I have used that one technique many many times the past 12 months with companies and boards to protect elements of revenue not affected by international travel and grow other opportunities. A university in Brisbane asked me to deliver a webinar on Hierarchy of Ideas to business owners and students – it works so well and they loved it. Basically, you can apply Hierarchy of Ideas to many many contexts with brilliant results. The connection between revenue resilience and Hierarch of Ideas is this: as business owners, what are we doing to consider how threats can become opportunities – just by using Hierarchy of Ideas, we can design opportunities and explore ways to gain market share or create a new market! Of course a good calculated risk plan is part of all this too.

Hope this little description about revenue resilience and one of my favourite NLP techniques helps.

Talk soon and am so excited to see your great posts in this Forum!! Gina 🙂
