Nice one BB, love it. I still watch snails! Every day the birds on our roof leave droppings on the floor outside my window, and every night the snails come and remove the droppings, leaving no trace. I love the symbiosis of it all. But seriously, moment to moment continuity of consciousness is a challenge. Even when I am practicing Aikido and doing my best to be full on conscious, I would say it is fractured. However, filling in the gaps is a worthwhile pursuit in my opinion.
