Hi Deb,

Finally I got back home after the Australia season so now I am back in the forum.
Congratulations for your last Practitioner! That’s exCtly how it works. Wow! What learnings!
Your learnings about modeling until you get as good as the experts and then make it yours are exquisite. Getting better and better at explaining the patterns of NLP and running the whole training that you eccrine is the path by which one – mind wise – grows into a master trainer. Also the experience with the hotel and the back of the room sales and rollovers… Yeah! Exactly!

In fact, and interestingly enough, this was one of the most important feed back statements from the coaching assistants teams in Australia both for practitioner and master practitioner trainings. It was the greatest sales course they ever took. One of them being completely honest admitted that when she gets a no on the phone she used to put the phone down and get disappointed and maybe not even follow up later. She said that in the training room there were 16 days of “in your face” dealing with real people with real needs, and she could not “put the phone down”.

Many coaching assistants during the training have landed new coaching break-thoughts coaching client contracts and enrollments for their own trainings based on what they learned there. It was great to see them blosso and get into the their own power. The results we all did were very good – 200% rollover for practitioner and 426% RO for Master Practitioner training. I am clear that it was a team effort, staying focused on the real intention, cutting out all extraneous activities of the mind which pull the focus on other directions, and…. a lot of work. But there is nothing more satisfying for the soul than to see the students get into their own resourceful states – and really, really breakthrough massive limitations they put on themselves (or let others insert in their minds by accepting a limited model of the world, model based on fear and scfarcity).
In this field, there is so much to learn continuously and never ending! While helping others, the trainers have to deal with their own projections! It’s great! So I am with you 100% and very proud of your results.
