Following up on this – I am, in Utah, required to register as a post-secondary school. It has been quite the application process with my atttorney helping.
Also, in the USA, Utah is the only state that takes issue with the word “Institute” in a business name. So, heads up to our Utah trainers. I was a fish that got caught in the net. If you stay quiet, you won’t go through what I wnent through, but technically, you should be registered as a post-secondary school if you have students in Utah or are teaching in Utah and issuing certifications.
