I’ve been a trainer of NLP for 9 years now and continue to grow my business. My focus has changed and evolved over the years and my target niche has transformed with it. I began with something I knew well and I would strongly recommend this approach to those of you who are at the beginning of your incredible journey. I was well connected in the field of equestrian sport and so I focussed my early trainings around this niche. The strategy paid off and as my reputation found a solid footing a moved towards more general population trainings. Now I still train 6 or more general Practitioner Trainings and 2 Master Practitioner Trainings each year, plus some business facing corporate work. The Master Trainer Programme has really assisted me to think successfully and manage my projections in a productive way. I am very excited at the moment as my goal of running my first NLP Trainers Training in 2020 is now taking solid shape. I have found the most incredible venue on a lovely Greek Island and have even negotiated the deal!!! 5 year plan is becoming very real and my vision of future training is very bright. Stick with it, follow the amazing advice in the Programme and you will get outstanding payback!

I believe that one of my key USPs is that the way we both learn and teach NLP in the TJC format is highly practical and immediately useable. in my market place in the U.K. there are many Practitioners and Trainers who have learned theoretically and have no applicability built into their approach. The training I offer is highly usable and my students experience the positive impact of everything they learn with me the moment they learn it. Of course, a strongly delivered ‘why’ section is what makes this work.

Great point Laura, back in 2009 when I took my NLP Trainers Training, I scheduled my first NLP Practitioner Training before I went to TT and sold the first place at the airport on the way out! I delivered the training the month after I graduated and found this the motivating launch pad for my future. The training was fresh in my mind and I surprised myself by how easily the content flowed into my consciousness as I stood at the front of the room. I knew I could!
Now, I create my annual schedule every August for the next year. it sets my intention for the year to come and I begin to market as soon as I release the schedule. Still in love with my business!
