      Hi all, I’m looking forward to being a part of these projects and the challenge it will bring to ensure I improve. When I left TT in November my goal was to take action and deliver NLP Prac. Mission accomplished last week. It was soooooo much better than I envisaged. Now I want to do more. The Parts experience and TLT demo gave me even more certainty that I want to teach NLP, Time Line Therapy (r) and Hypnosis so that others can “fish for themselves”.

      As I have developed my first draft of my broad business plan it has raised a BIG question for me. Can I market an NLP certification course around personal change? My market sounding from other NLP practitioners and trainers has been that you need to “get people in the room” and then they will experience the changes (that they may not realise they need) as opposed selling them into the room on that basis? At this stage I have taken the view that “yes” I can and hence the below but open to other’s thoughts on this? So the questions / assumptions to be tested

      – Does getting an NLP certificate achieve the goals / mission I have set? Does it lend better to “breakthrough” type weekends? How can I ensure they allign.
      – Am I confusing my coaching outcomes with my training outcomes? I want to teach people to fish for themselves rather than just feed them
      – Would I be better marketing to more “traditional” markets who don’t realise they “need” NLP until they have experienced it at NLP Prac.

      Preparing – Getting required qualifications and some practical experience (coaching)
      Uncertainty – Hiding behind study and holding myself back
      Knowledge vs Business – Focus on my skills and not on business

      TODAY

      Taken Action – Delivered first NLP Prac (whoop whoop)
      Confidence – I have confidence and certainty in my NLP prac teaching skills
      Business – Now I will focus on business and marketing
      Long Game – Prepared to start small and grow. I have a Full Time job and I am patient.
      Flexible – Ready to learn lessons and be adaptable
      Building Practical Experience – I have the skills I need. Now is about building on that knowledge and developing the practical experience
      Value & Quality – Focus on delivering quality and adding massive value.

      MY PURPOSE

      I want to take people on a journey to find greater happiness by developing a better understanding of themselves. This will enable them to live with congruence and be who they know deep down they are meant to be.

      We deliver NLP, Time Line Therapy ® and Hypnosis training and breakthrough coaching to enable people to make their desired changes and achieve their outcomes.

      3) Assist Master Prac in Sydney May/June 2020

      – Build a reputation as an expert in training and coaching of NLP, Time Line Therapy ® and Hypnosis.

      – Run 3 more NLP pracs in 2020

      – Develop, in detail, my three “avatars”
      1) Adults with Mental Health challenges (anxiety / depression)
      2) Tony Robbins Graduates
      3) Parents /Teachers

      – Develop two 1 Day “lead in” workshops for 2 of my avatars:
      1) Mental Health Charities & 2) Parents / Teachers

      – Deliver more NLP talks to Tony Robbins graduates.

      – Develop an annual sales and marketing plans with clear KPI’s

      – Run first Master Prac Q1 2021

      – Become Senior Leader for Tony Robbins events

      HI all, thanks for responses. New information came to me yesterday. Half t he attendees will be on zoom. I won’t be able to see them.

      This rules out the meet and greet exercises but ring of power is still an option?

      Any other thoughts / considerations?
