      Thanks for such a critical and thoughtful reply on this!

      You’ve opened up my thinking in some new ways, and fed my curiosity into some new directions!

      I agree about the ‘red flags’ you mention – and also like your speculation about the regulation and ownership of this ‘space’, that is a ‘place’ more and more people will likely be spending their time ‘inside of’. I hadn’t thought of that…

      I agree that the video seems to posit the right of attention in a way that puts it forward as needing to be protected or garnered some kind of rule of law from some outside or governing body – and that occurs to me as a 6/4 vL orientation. As if: We know what ‘the world’ and ‘the people’ need protection from and we want to help provide this…

      After squirming and avoidance, I’ve found this process to be revitalizing to say the least. Putting it all down somehow has created greater self-accountability. I’m sharing here and welcome any feedback. Thank you for making this available! On to 1.a and 1.b

      1 Year Goal:
      It’s April 30, 2020. I have now completed 3 NLP Trainings to date, and have 3 slated for the remainder of 2020, including my first Master Prac Training. In the past year I’ve earned over $120,000 dollars through my trainings and coaching. In addition to in-person breakthrough coaching, I offer an online coaching program that allows me to deliver tremendous value and gets results with every client. Each offering is meaningful and congruent with my values and desires allowing me to enjoy life, family and recreation with less demand for time input. I also have a clear branding and marketing strategy running consistently building my online presence with visibility, and real-regular actionable value for prospects.
      I have a minimum of 3 in-person coaching per month, averaging $5,000 per engagement. The online program generates $3000 per individual and serves up to 10 individuals per month.

      This one year goal is a direct support of spending more quality time with my family. The business structure allows me to primarily work from my home office, while giving talks and running trainings in concentrated batches throughout the year. Because the core theme is to spread self-empowerment, knowledge and congruent values in action, the business generates real legacy. This cannot not only impact my family, but everyone who comes into contact with the coaching or training, and in this way is actively making a lasting contribution to the greater community, environment and realm.
      While the larger goals are not listed here, there is an element of empowering younger people with innovation in thinking and learning, emotional intelligence or literacy through play and creativity. Children are ‘closer’ to the events that may be negative forces in their lives, yet generally have much greater adaptability in recreating their personality and experience + learning from the past – and are set up developmentally to create ideal futures in adolescent years. My 10 year goal is to build a community center for youth, The Analog Center for Creative Potential

      Business Values:

      1. Results
      Is the example of fulfillment; it is value-delivered; effectiveness of the business model
      a. What does this mean to me?
      i. Delivering on the promise
      ii. Effectiveness in intention and outcome
      iii. Right relationship
      iv. Proper prioritization
      v. Constant contribution

      2. Profits
      a. The key measure of effectiveness and growth in a business; allows greater value to flow; allows greater evolution & development.
      b. What does this mean to me?
      i. Key measure of business longevity and success
      ii. The business/service is generating more demand and interest
      iii. A freedom(responsibility expressed) of creative living in material abundance and prosperity
      iv. Greater ability to give and support others
      v. The means/proof to reinvest and grow the business

      3. Relationships
      The most important currency exchange in my model; encompasses and provides the strong foundation for effective marketing and reaching new clients
      a. What does this mean to me?
      i. Thriving exists as an expression of health connection
      ii. Trusting others, and trusting self
      iii. Accountability supports growth
      iv. Meaning gets bolstered through open, curious and collaborative relating
      v. Existentially – everything exists in relationship to something else.

      ix. Conversation as currency for change and evolution of thinking and action

      4. Sales
      The key alchemy for beginning the process of delivering value and results, ensures ongoing success and fun!
      a. What does this mean to me?

      iii. The responsibility to give what I have to offer the world

      v. Commitment to delivering value

      5. Growth
      This demonstrates that the model is effective; it mirrors what clients are desiring, it is an expression of adaptability

      i. Willingness to evolve

      v. Serving expansively
      vi. Greater responsibility and fulfillment

      6. Organization
      Allows for ease of service delivery, communication and all reporting and metrics that measure results.
      a. What does this mean to me?
      i. Care for creating ease regarding any complexities of delivering on my promise.
      ii. Effectiveness in communication and operations
      iii. All ‘things’ have a home
      iv. Effective prioritization
      v. Collaboration that makes the whole better than the sum of the parts

      7. Meaning
      Allows the actions of delivering service to be most fluid, congruent and joyfully shared.
      a. What does this mean to me?
      i. Each individual creates meaning, and therefore can support their desired outcomes through the process
      ii. Allows for inspiration to become directed toward actions and fulfillment
      iii. A respite and resource through challenging and difficult times
      iv. Grants continual ability to enrich creativity in learnings, innovations and future goals

      8. Structure
      Provides strength and scaffolding for meaning, projected growth and goals, is the foundation for instilling/installing healthy habits and positive self-discipline
      a. What does this mean to me?
      i. Grit, strength of will, repetition
      ii. Building on a strong foundation
      iii. Healthy masculine principle that supports greater flow states in delivery of daily routines
      iv. Consistency, steady forward momentum

      9. Clarity
      a.What does this mean to me?
      i. Knowing purpose, aim and goal
      ii. Willingness to say no and walk away from what isn’t serving
      iii. A means for focus and the currency of attention
      iv. Allows obstacles to become stepping stones

      Thanks, it feels good to hone in.
      I haven’t developed these yet. I have developed coaching for the 1st and 3rd, however they are mostly how I will market for my first Practitioner Trainings.

      The 4th I am doing some talks on, (of course without mentioning AD and that lingo) to local small business owners and professionals in the Elder Care Field.

      The educational one is starting to take form as I regularly mentor boys 15-19 years old in a high school designed for children who ‘don’t fit’ in the ‘regular’ schools and who often have a lot of trauma in their lives. A 501c3 locally is offering their organization as a platform to run targeted programs, which is how I might pilot this in 2020. The idea is to ask for a batch of students who struggle with spelling, learning – offer assessments to get a baseline, then go through a several week training, perhaps visiting once a week for 90 min, then get results and measure against the baseline. That would generate some real interest I believe…we’ll see.

      The micro-sales I will start working on next week. There are a few local businesses that I believe will go for it and benefit greatly.
      For now I am designing all my own material because I have a ways to go before I can purchase the TJCo material.
      It’s all a great opportunity.

      Wonderful and potent feedback – inquiry!
      I’ve been experiencing a more fundamental shift in my inner conversations / self-talk. For one, negative language has ‘yugely’ lessened. In it’s place, or underneath that is IRs that run which have some negativity. My goal is that my inner talk is simply generative and based on taking action. OR reflection on learnings.
      I have a similar routine, but am taking some of your nuance to add to this.
      And this! “How can I understand the metaphor of this projection, get the learnings for myself and apply this in my life for my growth so that I am ‘practicing what I preach’ everyday.” Yes!

      I must have changed my settings to not receive auto updates.
      Really though, it’s all about results for my clients right now, and my coaching practice.
      I allowed myself into some magical thinking for a stint, but have more clarity now, (including from your support) about what you said: The only thing you can’t fake is preparation. So preparation then is every day doing real actions to have me ready for the next talk, and my first training, as well as my next breakthrough client and my next opportunity in a sales conversation.

      Onward.
