      Hi Marc, wonderful sharing. Thanks a lot! Following our intuition takes us places we would have never imagined. So empowering.
      And congrats on being a Master Trainer, yay how amazing!!!

      In 2019 we talked a bit in the break times when I tool Master Prac in Sydney.
      Back then I thought if I will continue on to be a Master Trainer and living in Germany I would love to assist one of your trainings.
      Hey, I’m back in Germany and would love to come over to England sometime next year to assist one of your trainings. 🙂

      One technical equipment I have in addition…
      Just remembered….when the lightning isnt good I bought a “Softbox”
      Its a special lamp in front of which I always look like I’m in daylight.

      I’m trading under “Judith Asal Coaching & Seminare: https://judith-asal.com.
      When back in Germany/Europe, where I will be mainly trading, I’m looking to get legal advice to register as a company.
      So far I’m registered as a Sole Trader in Australia.

      • List your personal achievements that are of value.
      Getting my body and mind back working after my accident even though and just because I was told I wouldn’t be able to function normally again. -focus and achievement of my goals
      Working as a magician and entertainer – achievement of my goal, growing, learning, developing
      Developing and playing a theatre play – focus and achievement of my goal
      Walking The Camino – endurance, keep going, one step after the other is leading to transformation
      Starting a new life in Australia – focus and achievement of my goals, growing, learning, developing
      Giving 100% in Trainers training – focus and achievement of my goals, growing, learning, developing

      • Identify the most important lessons you’ve learned in life and in the area you’re targeting.
      Focus is leading to achievement of my goals and inherits growing, learning and developing myself along the way
      • Look for patterns that reveal your style or approach to resolving problems.
      If the way I try it doesn’t work, what else is there, what else can I do, who else can I ask, what other options do I have to achieve my goal.
      Or what other pathways are there to continue further into the direction I want to go. Because sometimes the goal which seemed to be important was just the starting point which got me moving.

      Wow this was an awesome project to do. It stretched my mind into new territories while being surprised what come out of it.
      When I started with this project I felt like being in trainers training- the stretching of the mind part- I mean.
      So here we go…
      Action point #1

      With whom do I want to do business?
      People feeling under pressure, stressed from work. Emotional and mental stress and pressure. People who are looking for a new passage, new learnings. Looking to develop themselves out of their comfort zone. Life how it was seems to not be working anymore as it used to.
      Especially stressed because they feel they are missing something. Value level 4/5 was good and working for them and now they feel/sense there is more to discover/ grow into and feed back into their working and personal life. These people love their job and give a lot into the company they are working in. So far they have been fulfilled with their job and few personal relationships and now there is a urge for more.
      Male and female in leading positions who are looking for a change in their personal life in order to be of better service in their working environment. Looking for a deeper purpose and wanting to be of an impact in their company and in this life. Adding more depth in their personal life. For this people working and personal life is not so separate. Looking for a change
      I reach this people through approaching their businesses/ companies they work in as this is where I can connect with them. They are not the people in the yoga studios and mediation classes. They are “one working class level above”. They are the people who go working and usually hang out with their husband/wife, family and a few friends in the evenings and weekends.

      With whom do I not want to do business?
      People who have major physical impacts and feeling stressed and pressured from this.
      People with low income.
      People who don’t want to change.
      Suckers

      Be as specific as you can.
      Identify the geographic range and the types of businesses or customers you want your business to target.
      Working female and male between the age of 40 and 55 with an income of above 35,000 – 100,000 Euro/year.
      Managers, supervisors, leaders. Who are working in businesses and companies with 100-50,000 people employed. My ideal customer/client is managing people.
      People living in the western and eastern world. Either English or German speaking. (big picture)
      (smaller junk) Targeting firstly Germany and Switzerland. Business of size 150-50,000 employees.
      Secondly starting to target Austria. Thirdly adding France, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden.

      Make a list of the core product or service you provide
      Personal Empowerment Strategies:

      Seeking for more in their life. Wanting to be better communicators, under-standers, more balanced inside themselves. Seeking to learn more for themselves and their company. Seeking to develop into 6/7.
      Seeking consciously or unconsciously for a change, in their values levels, in their personal life and working life.

      Determine how well your products are meeting the needs of your customers. That is the purpose of business.

      How much time, money and energy do I need to invest to achieve my business goal?
      Time: between now and end of May: 4-6 hours/ days. Website, Flyers, Translating manuals, creating slides + sending them off for approval
      Money: between now and end of May:
      1500 Euro Website Developer,
      Free Flyers (Graphic Designer) exchange as a friend is doing it for me
      Print Flyers 200 Euro
      Energy + focus: between 60-80% of waking time. Checking back and ticking off the plan I wrote out on to do’s till end of May + taking care of things I haven’t done yet.

      I’m going to rewrite time, money, energy by mid of May to cover the following month once I can foresee when I’m able to open in Europe/Germany.

      Checking back on Project 1 and 1b the answer is a congruent YES

      Thank you Conor. Yes value 1 and 4 are intertwined.
      And for me sales, doing sales and learning the art and skill of sales is new.
      So for me they are intertwined and money and clients usually come easily and to grow bigger I’m learning the art and skill of doing sales.
      So they are in my mow a bit different at this moment.
