I have always struggled to find a step in point for my business. but I have got it now. it also means I need to reassess my target audience.

      my new audience:
my initial approach is to target people who do job interviews, young career professionals between the age of 25 and 35. very different but I am feeling EXCITED about it.

but I can also teach the same thing to people who recruit people as well as people who need to pitch their businesses and their ideas (small business owners and start ups), but I am going to focus on the younger generation. here are my pitches (which include pitches for the other two sub groups.

I teach job seekers how to communicate with confidence during job interviews

I help recruiters/ small business owners improve their interview skills (note not my favourite is feels it focuses on “features”)

I teach job hunters how to be confident during job interviews

I help job hunters look act and feel confident during job interviews

I teach job seekers how to look act and feel confident during job interviews

I teach recruiters how to spot honest and authentic candidates during interviews

I teach small business owners how to spot…..

I teach small business owners and start ups how to look act and feel confident when pitching their ideas and presenting their business

the only thing I am wondering is whether I change the word job seeker/ hunter to something else???

I go between teach and help would there be a preference from a language point of view?

      love your feedback

      always with gratitude

      Markus

So the question is that sometimes I feel selling on the emotions of confidence, happiness, freedom etc becomes a bit “fluffy” a bit weak.

what is your take on marketing coaching services etc. Is it about the emotions or is it about outcomes? Or is there a balance?

      Thanks very much.

      Hello,

      this was an exciting project.

In regards to this, I do have a question.

      1. I teach people mindset and communication strategies to become more confident communicators in their career and relationships

      2. I help people become empowered and authentic influencers through mindset, purpose and heart. Is that something you good benefit from or not?

      3. I help business owners get clarity on their purpose increasing profits, customer loyalty and employee engagement.

      4. I help people communicate effectively and confidently increasing opportunities for creating personal and professional relationships.

      5. I help people who feel at crossroads in their career, discover their purpose and strengths leading to confidence to make important career decisions.

      6. I help people who feel they are underperforming in their career, make more confident decisions that are aligned with their personal vision.

      7. I teach people how to grow their business through mindset and purpose increasing performance, customer loyalty and profitability

      8. I teach people how to improve their health, wealth and career through mindset and purpose increasing financial freedom and happiness

      9. I help Gen X/ Gen Y people who feel they underperforming compared to their younger peers, discover their purpose for longevity, health, wealth and happiness.

      Hi Adriana,

I regularly discuss setting up a company with my accountant. He keeps on insisting that at the moment it is not beneficial, considering the expenses and complexities of lodging company reports outway the benefits.

What are other places to go for advice on that?

      Markus

Males and females, between the age of 30-45 who have a college education who are successful in their career but who feel they haven’t achieved their full potential compared to those around them and for their age.

Their next step up is a promotion to a managerial position but often they are not that interested, because the truth is they are not that committed to the field in which they work.

The people I work with find it hard to take the next step and don’t give themselves enough credit for what they know.

They earn over $80k per year, living in Sydney. Single or recently separated and feeling a fear of being lonely, and not achieving their career goals. Generally, they work in Finance, IT or marketing.

I like working people who have a certain level of creativity and are interested in staying fit. Also, an interest in mindset, spirituality and self-development is essential.

      Hello All,

I have been taken my inspiration from the NLP book.
I have identified three areas where I want to be training:

      – First impressions (learning how to make a good impression and recognizing the truth in others)
      – The Key to your leadership success
      – Powerful achieving with NLP

My plan is for these training courses to lead into the NLP training program.

Over the next six months I plan on investing the following:

6 hours per week on sales and Marketing

      Initially, this means:
Getting Facebook adverts up and running for my coaching
Starting to create content (writing blogs, videos etc.)
Writing e-mail sequences to fit in with my online advertising

The aim is to achieve one or two new clients per month until the end of the year for three-month programs, starting in August.

When that is up and running, and I am starting to develop a bit of a database here with the right clients in Sydney:
Start to run public events, talks and workshops that hopefully can lead people towards NLP programs.

By that stage I should have a job meaning:
Facebook Marketing $15 per day to assess how my adverts run (approx $450 per month)
I also have some other elements in place that I need for my online marketing.

According to my vision, I will be working 8 hours per week on coaching by the end of November (this will happen on Weeknights and weekends.

Energy wise, at the moment it is terrific.
I regularly apply EFT, and visualisation techniques, affirmations, TLT and other healing techniques. It wasn’t like this earlier in the year, so things there are going very.

I have to admit considering how much time I would need to go through and transcribe the CD’s I am panicking. I am avoiding having to deal with that, to me, that is like weeks of work.

It is my vision to develop authentic leaders in life and business, who are able to empower others because they understand what it feels like be empowered because they have gone through the journey.

Instead of thinking that people work for them, I want them to think; “What can I do for the people that work with me.”

It will start to create a ripple effect.

People will discover their purpose. On a personal level this means fulfilment and happiness, for organisations, it means an increase in profit.

Everybody has their unique strengths, and only (self) empowered leaders can bring that out in others.

yes I agree. it was nice to be surrounded by all these motivated people. I spoke with two friends who are potentially in my niche, so I am now getting clarity around my business and elevator pitch as well. now I am back home, I have no excuses!
