ParticipantI’ve been a bit busy since coming on full time with TJC but I have 1500 brochures in the cupboard ready to go for 1 on 1 coaching, business coaching and breakthrough sessions. Fortunately I haven’t put dates on them so I can keep them til I need them.

ParticipantHi Everyone
I ran my first Practitioner Training back in January with 2 students. We alternated between their house and my house and I was surprised how easy it was and how much content I actually knew. My biggest fear was answering questions as I had limiting beliefs I would know the answers. All the answers came easily and effortlessly when the time came. It was an amazing experience that solidified that I know my “stuff”. My students loved it and have already started a coaching business for mothers with young children.

ParticipantThanks Kallum, all I can really say about the training is, I was nervous as all go before the start of the training but when it started it was easier than I thought. Everyone said “just do it and it will all come to you”, and it does. Obviously there is a fair bit of work to do on content etc but it’s amazing how much you know when the time comes. My biggest fear was not having the answers to tough questions, but that was certainly not an issue. so if any one has concerns about training, all I can say is DO IT!

ParticipantYes, I agree, no business runs without money. I used the term ‘finance’ as it encompasses many aspects of the processes i need to install to access funds but also the vast array the money will be allocated. wages, meals, activities, bills etc. Once I am ready to go full steam ahead, I can see money becoming one of the top three values required for the programme to exist. Loving the feedback, Thankyou.

ParticipantYou’re right Adriana
I followed up with the client and they said they havent missed a beat all last week and feel so much better. so YES, I see it as my limiting belief that I’m falling short on my delivery as a practitioner. It was a great confidence boost to hear them say that and i already have updated my delivery to incorporate the learnings of improvements i can make to to deliver an even better experience for this and future clients. -

ParticipantI registered ‘Down Under Hypnosis’ after the 3 Day Hypno back in February. I thought it was very appropriate for the Australian Market at the time. I havent registered MBG Success Coach yet as I’m in 2 minds about changing it.

ParticipantMy Niche long term is to help children 13 to 17 years of age who are having trouble fitting into the education system, but short term, I am extremely interested in creating a strategy to install self confidence and motivation in people. Self confidence can be learned and i believe motivation is the product of that. I believe they go hand in hand. This will be my hobby/project in my spare time…

ParticipantAll my trainings will be on Education of Self Developmet as this is where I am aiming with my career plan.
I want to install self confidence and motivation in my clients as this seems to be the biggest shortfall people have in their lives based on the people i have spoken to over the past few weeks. -

ParticipantIf you read my goal, you would have seen I plan to change the mindsets of youth toward a better future for themselves, but the bigger plan for this, is to install processes that they can use to help others. If we can change the kids minds to be aware of a larger community and how their actions impact others, we could stamp out self harm practices, bullying, drug and alcohol abuse, the list goes on. The saying ‘the children are our future’ may seem so cliche but the world is changeing rapidly and if we don’t get the kids to see a kinder future now, then i pity the world my grandkids will live in. I heard a saying the other day that was, “dont ask your kids what they want to be when they grow up, because their jobs aren’t created yet. Instead, ask them what do they want to achieve and what problems do they want to fix’. This process doesn’t pidgeon hole them into a set career but induces thought that they can do anything they put their mind to.

ParticipantHi Adriana
I have been in Management positions for the last 15 years and have always had to have have answers to problems that people have asked me. So the biggest outcome now for me, is learning how to listen to the client and guide them to finding the answer within themselves, without me telling them what to do. It’s a very fine line. The other thing is just learning how to trust in the process to achieve the desired outcomes and becoming confident in utilising the tools i now have.
Everytime i see a client, I come away with a new learning of what I could have done better or what i didnt do but should have and this makes me feel like i have let the client down in some way. -

ParticipantHi All. My goal is to create a business, where 13 to 17 yeaar old school children, that are repeatedly getting into trouble at school and are getting suspended or expelled, will come and do a 5 week intensive self discovery program, where they will be coached on the importance of community and self. They will enter a world where they will learn how there actions effect those around them on a personal and community basis and be given guidance in understanding their own values in life, how to set goals and go for them, learn skills through daily activities they may have never considered for career choices, but most of all, learn basic life skills like cooking, finance control, and other normal activities required in daily life. They will be involved in team building exercises and get a general sense of belonging in a group setting. There will be education evenings where they will have an open learning session with their peers to help each other understand any shortfalls they have in their education and one parent/mentor day a week, so the person they nominate, can come and see thier growth and also learn the importance of a supoort network when the children return home.
I plan to make it a not for profit organisation, funded by government funding, corporate entities, the private sector and fund raising activities.
My time frame to make this happen is 2 years and the reasons are as follows:
1 week:
I am already building my private 1 on 1 coaching practice with friends for experience and confidence in the coaching process. I am also defining my own personal approach to delivering sessions so they are not so clinical and more personable. (Aiming for unconscious competence). I already have 3 clients, seeing my first one last Tuesday, with ongoing sessions already booked. I am also attending all free seminars i can for my own education and to meet with like minded individuals, for any information they are willing to share. I attended a wealth from workshops seminar last week with a former student of TJC, Benjamin Harvey, and he thrust me into the unknown world to me, of marketing, so now i am committed to learning more about that.1 month: I aim to have my website more functional and user friendly (http://mbgsuccesscoach.com.au) and learn how to link trainings, session bookings and events to it. Also continue with marketing it and learning how to grow my online presence for advertising my services. I am going to Griffith to meet with the person who I did my breakthroughs with in Master Prac, for work experience as she is a councellor for suicidal aboriginal children and is also going to introduce me to the operators of The Aboriginal Medical centre, a not for profit organisation, to learn how they started.
2 months: I have already advertised my first 3 Day Modern Hypnosis Certification to be held in February.
3 months: I will start coaching sessions with children 13 to 17 year olds that are having problems at home and school, to accumulate a success rate, to provide future investors, with facts of a proven system that show the benefits of the program, when I present to them. (I aim to do this over 6 months to to create as many success stories as I can). I will contact fundraising organisations to see what services they offer and see wich ones are right for me. The funding process is very detailed, confusing and time extensive, so professional help is vital.
4 months: Run my first Practitioner course.
5 months: Run my second 3 Day Hypnotheray Certification.
7 months: Run my second Practitioner course.
9 months: Run my first Master Practitioner Course
1 year:
I am in the process of creating a business plan already, outlining the business purpose and structure, course programs and schedules, finance and budget forecasts, management structure and staffing, volunteer program, legal obligations, marketing and advertising and fundraising options and targeting. This together with my list of children with whom my program works, I will confront the Department of Education, major supermarkets and banks, major companies and funding organisations like Wesley mission etc, to secure funding to start the Program. I will also make a crowd funding video to target individuals willing to donate.18 months: Source a property to begin operations. The first one to be in The Hunter Valley region, as this area has the second highest expulsion rate in New South wales and is lacking support services.
2 years and beyond: Get the Deprtment of Education to support the program and expand to have centres in each region of N.S.W.
My Passion behind this program comes from my own personal experience with the Education Department, as i did not understand school and the strain on my family was enormouus with the fact that I just didnt get it. I was made to feel stupid and incompetent at a young age and was always getting into trouble. I left at the age of 15 and entered the work force and never looked back. My second son, also didnt get school and was suspended several times before being expelled in year 9 and it took him 3 years to complete his year 10 equivalent through external entities. At the age of 22, he now runs his own company, contracting to the largest vegetation mangement companies in Australia and the world.
It wasn’t an easy journey staying positive and guiding him with understanding through those years, but with the information and processes i have learnt this year with TJC, I firmly believe, that all kids have a chance in life and they just need someone to believe in them and guide them without giving up on them. the highest amount of expulsions in N.S.W. is kids in year 10, thats 15 to 16 years of age. They are already getting lost long before this stage, and with the information available through the internet these days, the younger we intervene with these kids, the better chance we have of giving them meaning and purpose to their lives and everyone around them.
My Values for this program are as follows:
Integrity
Support (for kids, families and teachers being let down by the system)
Flexibility (for kids to find out who they are and what’s their purpose)
Patience
Growth
Stability
Education
Results
Marketing
Finance
Community
