ParticipantFirst prac done! Wow absolutely amazing experience, best time of my life, seeing how in love everyone was, seeing the transformations of everyone, just seeing the joy… with every new thing that they learnt they were shocked at how amazing and useful NLP/TLT/Hypnosis is, in their lives! I’m really proud of myself, I could really confidently answer any questions and they all really respected me, which was cool since all but 1 were at least 10 years older…
I had 8 days planned, finished everything quite quickly so day 8 ended up being a really cool day where everyone got to practice what they wanted to practice, get their notes organised in a good way for them and just let all the information sink in.
Got 5/6 sign-ups to Master Prac and have got a couple referrals to my next prac in April. Hoping to have around 6-8 (currently 2 confirmed & another 2 about to sell today). I really loved having 6, it seemed like a perfect number for my first one.
Feedback: all exceeded expectations 10/10. Just need to be better with my pre-training communication + probably next time need to have desks. Some people weren’t very comfortable, hence why everyone was lying all over the ground hahah…
I was only nervous about my demo’s really. Other than that everything went really really well! First day I was really not myself, slept poorly, felt sick, hardly could eat. Then it was like my body adapted day 2 and the rest felt really natural, I was on a high , as was everybody else.
My demo’s went ok…anchoring was quite embarrassing, person was not going into state, and I still anchored! I knew what it wasn’t right but i kept going!! Did make mistakes in both swish & like to dislike as well, although both still worked and such small mistakes, they didn’t notice. Parts integration went really really well though… on the bright side.
95.5% pass rate on test.
I was quite surprised at the amount of people that wanted to do master prac, I thought my little shpeal about it seemed really awkward. I was nervous, because at this stage I am not quite ready to teach it. Still need to transcribe it all and it was quite high level thinking, I understood everything… probably just not at the level I feel I would need to be to teach it. I’m sure I will be, just need to do the transcribing, and read and understand more about the body, healing, etc… Would be great to assist at a Master prac again before I do mine in November, although I think you’re all full… Can try looking for graduates who are running them ๐
A few questions…
1. In the test it’s got the rep system for “brilliant” is Visual… could I please get an explanation for that? I don’t really see how brilliant actually fits into any rep system.. it’s more of an adjective.
2. Tips to help with pendulum. Some people were hardly able to get the pendulum to move, some still had their problem after 1 day which is when the UM said it would be gone by. For me, it took a while before I had that kind of rapport with my UM, now it swings so big and immediately but at first it was barely moving. Do some people need to build the relationship first or any tips? -

ParticipantMy first practitioner starts on Friday this week with 6 people. and 2 people signed up for the next one in April (after this one, I’ll start advertising more heavily and running some intros).
Feeling a bit nervous for the first prac…mainly just the demos but reading a great book at the moment that’s reminding me that:
“If we understand that the discomfort we feel is the dismantling of old attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions that have been repeatedly etched into our cerebral architecture, we can endure. If we can reason that the cravings we battle in the midst of change are real withdrawals from the chemical-emotional addictions of the body, we can ride it out. If we can comprehend that real biological variations are occurring from subconscious habits and behaviors in which our bodies are changing on a cellular level, we can forge on. And if we can remember that we are modifying our very genes from this life and from untold previous generations, we can stay focused and inspired to an end”.I had created a business plan for this year with a complete schedule and then my partner and I decided that we wanted to move to Australia and he’s only just applied for his NZ citizenship so that we can live over there…so we’re waiting to find out when we’ll actually be moving. So I’m going to run this prac, the one in April, probably June and then we can come back to NZ in November to run another one. Going to keep planning around our uncertain schedule.

ParticipantMy background is in Health & Fitness (as a personal trainer), so I run personal development trainings. I help people to evolve and become the person that they want to be. Empowered and ready to empower others. I teach people new ways of thinking and being that transform the way they live their lives and develop into a strong, confident, positive person that takes action!

ParticipantHmmm… big question indeed, I know it in my head, but describing it seems to be more difficult.
Empower people to become highly self-aware and enlightened. Enabling them to realise their infinite capabilities and their broader contribution to the planet.
I find that so many people are distracted with all the little stresses in their lives that they lose who they really are, don’t pay attention to what they really want, or have no idea what they really want and get stuck in a world of mediocre or “not bad” (at best). I am crazy passionate about helping people realise how powerful they are, how many options they have, to think bigger and beyond.

ParticipantHow can I spark a lot of interest in NLP and have people feel they need the training! (in a smallish town in NZ where NLP/Coaching is not very big in the market YET, slowly building for sure)
Also I find that a lot of people are attracted to “how much experience do you have?” (especially because I’m 22, not that that’s a limitation). So for me coming across as an expert regardless of how much experience I have.
I know that I need to continuously be posting and promoting via social media and I know SALES, SALES, SALES, calling… Understanding what the client wants and selling them in a way that will capture them. Working on it!

ParticipantOhhh yes ok didn’t think of it that way, will re-do the exercises straight away. Hopefully all will go well so we won’t need to redo any of it.
Ohh yes parts integration is on day 4 as the start of TLT, just after reframing.
And yes coaching I wrote up there is the end of day 7, after hypnosis.
Some pictures of set-up…

ParticipantI’ve done a bit of brainstorming… I love helping people find their way, in terms of discovering what is it that they want and being exposed, probably for the first time, to the notion that they actually can think, be and do more than what they thought was possible, and have what they want. Being the young business lady that I am, I’m constantly told “I wish that I knew what I do now, when I was your age” or “you’re lucky that you’re learning all of this so young”. and of course discovering NLP and my personal power so young I really love being able to help other people do that. AND being the person that believes in them, challenges their beliefs that aren’t serving them and helps them to grow and go after what they want.
So… I sell trainings that teach young adults (16-30) how to gain their personal power and their voice in the world as empowered, action taking, confident leaders.

ParticipantThanks Adriana and Conor ๐
Good feedback Adriana… Trying to think smaller picture. Specifically through one on one coaching and trainings and offering the chance to let go of the past limitations that are holding them back in order to have the personal power to go for what they really want.
Is that specific enough? Sounds cliche…
