There has been a quote that has floated around my mind for years: “I want to inspire people, I want someone to look at me and say because of you I did not give up.”-Unknown. It is definitely something that still speaks to me to this day. Now let me clarify, I do not want to fix anyone or make the changes for them; I understand that it fully up to the individual to do so. However I want to have such a positive life and therefore a positive impact on those around me and those I work with that they find the driving force within themselves to keep going, to evolve, to challenge themselves, to progress and find fulfillment or whatever they are looking for. This quote is part of my value of fulfillment. I feel fulfilled when I help others and make a change in the world.
So my BIG picture goal is to CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE! I can make a difference in the world, one person at a time through coaching yet when I train I enable more people to join me and my dad on our quest to create this positive change on a much larger scale. It is like throwing a rock into a body of water and watching all the ripples radiate out from the center. I want to be at the center creating the force that causes change!

A little late to the game! So here I go!
Business name: Excellence Coaching Resources(TM)
Our business purpose: To create positive change in the world!
Values:
1. Passion (enjoy what I do, motivated to stay current and fulfillment, service to others)
2. Success (knowledge of topic/expert in my field, selling, business growth, deliver top quality product, consistent revenue stream,)

4. Growth (growth of skill and knowledge so I can provide the best quality of service, personal development, growth of business)
5. Integrity (doing something that has a positive effect on the world, honest, compassionate, contribution)My goals are as follows:
Business goal:

I am a certified trainer of TLT(R), hypnosis and NLP coaching. I have given 4 practitioner trainings and 1 Master practitioner. Our company is bringing in $150,000.00 or more in revenue.6 month goal:
I have completed 1 practitioner and my master practitioner training with 10 or more students in each class. I have completed either TLT(R) TT or NLP coaching TT.3 month goal:
I have completed my first master practitioner with 10 or more students. I have 5 coaching clients who I consistently coach on a weekly basis.weekly:
I call potential students to answer questions and enroll them in trainings. I attend 2 meetings a week to build interest and put our business out in the community. I actively prepare modules for master practitioner and update practitioner modules as well. I am reading Adriana’s book on values as well as rereading all the books from practitioner. -

I realized I skipped 1a and 1b inadvertently and am in the process of completing them now. I have had trouble in the past trying to be too much to too many people and it is exhausting and not working, I do not know how best to market my skill set. So this exercise is great for me and I am excited to complete it!
There is another component as well, while I need to define MY niche for my clients and my practice, I need to get with my dad and as a company we need to decide what our niche will be together as trainers. -

I wasn’t very clear in my post so I will clarify for my own mind, my goal is 10 or more students in each practitioner training (we do 4 a year, so 40 students or more) plus 10 or more in Master practitioner! Once that is achieved, I will actually produce $65,000 more than my target of $150,000! Thank you for the reminder, sometimes it is good to see it in writing! 🙂
