Hello all, I agree with Deb on the benefits of transcribing the audios I have spent 10 weeks doing this and also adding in my own learnings this certainly does help it sink in. To the point through most of my first NLP Prac training I just held I only had to refer to my notes a few times to ensure that I was delivering the correct flow of information.

I am about to start the TT Time Line Therapy transcribing and really looking forward to transcribing these as I love TL 🙂

A great learning approach, the benefits are amazing

      Hello Cristina,

I approached the Managing Director of the group of entities, as I had a solid understanding of a leadership issue within the business resulting in high staff turnover. From there I put a proposal together addressing key benefits of business coaching, that highlighted huge cost savings to the group of entities, the one thing that I did do was broke the executive training into various levels of training which has worked really well. I then put together a program called change the way you think which is designed for one on one coaching, this has been really successful and has provided a space for people to really open up around their fears of what holds the back.

As Adriana mentioned you certainly do get people coming to you and referrals as well for personal development. I have since had many people come to me outside of the trainings for personal development coaching. This was an area for me to gain a balance at the start, I have since found that going with the flow of what I am presented with I am getting really good results, using all the tools I learnt and in particular Time Line Therapy.

      Hope this helps
      Regards Lynn

Hello Cristina, I am very simular to yourself and have operated in corporate for the last 30 years and I am now experiencing what Adriana has stated I have many people in corporate coming to me for personal development. I run Executive trainings in corporate as well as business coaching and outside of this I do personal development, the separation of the training I offer is working really well. It did take me a bit to gain the balance 🙂

Thank you Adriana lots to think about here, and thank you for such a detailed response I can see why you say to keep this separate. My trainings to date have been around leadership to corporate Senior teams and goal setting being a part of this training, not spirituality however it is a consistency that keeps being asked. The one thing that resinates well with me well is spirituality is what ever it means to the individual.

      Thank you

One of the things that I have bee asked during a couple of training sessions is, what is spirituality this has come up when we have been working on goal setting with the wheel of life. I explain this as a persons values and belief system or connecting to your higher self, I would like to be able to explain this in the terms of mind, body and soul. Advise around this would be very beneficial, my beliefs of spirituality is connecting to the higher self and are looking for a way of delivering this as not everyone is open to this belief.

Hello Adriana, thank you I have read all your responses and are spending time today really thinking how my value align to my business goals and will follow the process noted above. My values are
      . Honesty
      . Fulfilment
      . Stability
      . Achievement
      . Excitement

This process really does make you think in light of your comments above, fulfilment aligns to my passion and purpose in helping other people own their passions. So I feel this aligns well, as I gain fulfilment in helping others and others gain fulfilment in owning their passions in life. I believe that this aligns to family, community and plant earth.

I will work on the rest 🙂 and are speaking out loud here with my thoughts I am on the right track here?

      many thanks Lynn

I love the focus of aligning set goals to our personal values, I see this as certainly ensuring our goals are realistic driven by our values. Having a back ground in strategic management, it has always been just based on setting goals against set outcomes or KPI’s. This gives setting goals a whole new meaning for me.

Thank you really looking forward to learning more.

      Regards Lynn
