      Hello All

We finished day 10 today of MP and really happy with the progress of our students – and more importantly – they are happy.Just love watching their faces and listening to their language 🙂

Big shifts started happening when we moved into the Values section last week and the questions were coming thick and fast… lots of ‘what ifs’. I could see that they were grappling with things about themselves. What is happening to their neurology, what’s going on in their environment, where are they now (business owners), limiting decisions about their potential, understanding the me and not me, perception is projection and it goes on.

I am sure you get or will get similar questions and more.

We also had questions about VL5 – like doing sales, marketing, customer retention etc. The conversations about sales and marketing were excellent. One student said “do we have to do the marketing ourselves?” Ummm, if you don’t walk the walk, then what?

We talked a lot about progression through VL and we repeated that progression through the VL is not guaranteed and there is no leap-the-frog ie jumping from VL4 to VL6, or VL4 to VL7. This was a good area to focus on because I think there is a misconception about progression. I remember Adriana sharing with us the 20 points about values. Is the person, entering, full-on, exiting? How will we as coaches know?

If you love this section of MP, you will find every time you teach it so much more and Glen and I really encourage you to engage with the amazing material about Values. Just love it!

Here is one of our photos just after board break – happy faces!

BTW – as I’m writing this post, I hope everyone in the rain soaked parts of Australia are okay. We are stranded on a mountain where we live due to landslides and floods so our MP shifted from F2F to Zoom very quickly. All going smoothly now as I look out the window and just see fog. It’s like we are floating in a cloud! And MP goes on!

Here’s to Happy Master Prac to you all.

      Gina 🙂

Yes, I love MP because when they our students switch up another gear and they feel and can see their physiological changes and they sense the changes going on inside themselves… It’s an aha moment, I remember that it was extraordinary for me and liberating when I did MP. It is wonderful to see the changes in their physiology, the questions are more thoughtful when they ask about how they want to make a difference to their clients ? and to the whole world ?. Our students are doing awesome work ??
We are now gearing up for Thursday when they do a full breakthrough, I am so excited, can’t wait ? it will be….?
      Cheers

Thanks for your words Gina! I really appreciate it!

I had to change the way I teach my trainings, the frecuency and of course I am teaching live trainings and online trainings at the same time.

I had a big challenge with Live training because In Peru every hotel are still closed and the government still does not allowed to do live trainings, so I had to rent a bigger office but with limited space for my trainings, that is why I increase the frecuency but have less people in my class.

On the other side, every training I do I do it online also, so people can learn from their houses and the other ones can come to our office 🙂

We still have some big challenges to resolve, so we are working on it

and I really get encourage seeing you having success in your trainings and I send you big hugs from Peru!
