What is your niche? Who are you most comfortable with? Based on your background and experience, who are you passionate working with (e.g. financially, investing in self, etc.)? Be specific. You know your niche works when you have lots of rollovers. Think carefully. Once established do not change. (Refer to page 21 in Marketing NLP Training). There is homework very clearly specified relating to this project which is to be found under the Upcoming Zoom Webinars Forum in Zoom webinar No. 2 Transcript. Go there and download the transcript and do the several Action points (homework) designed to assist you in defining your niche. There is a clear explanation about additional profit centers, and how specifically to define your niche, and how to try it to see if it works.

Here is one idea for those of you with the necessary background: Internet and more precisely social media addiction. It is as prevalent and as destructive as any other addiction: gaming, porn, drugs, gambling, etc., because it creates the same dopamine response (the “reward” chemical in the brain related to satisfaction) as all the other addictions.
See this article at the end of this post and notice the heavy price and the time frame involved in the program assisting people to break free from the addiction. Most people do not even realize that social media IS addictive let alone how to get rid of the addiction. So, here is a possible developing niche as the situation is only going the get worse with millions of people becoming addicted. Now consider that your knowledge of a how to do a breakthrough session, tasking and how to eliminate triggers can solve this problem in 2-3 sessions…..hmmmm!
See this article from the Dailymail.

Thanks for the article on Addiction Adriana. I think I had addiction in reading and learning. Time to do some real work and not to be wasted in the illusional world.

Deb & Brandon’s Characteristics of Preferred Client we are looking to attract and attack:

We are now doing business with already successful business owners, managers, leaders of a company or organization, entrepreneurs or employees all of which have an annual income of $150,000 to $700,000 a year or more. We are attracting men & women from 30-50 years of age, thinking at a VL 3,4,5, possibly 6 opening, especially VL4 thinkers who are unsatisfied with the results they are producing in sales, management, personal performance, and business growth. This type of client is looking to create more wealth and completely open their VL5 mindset(they just don’t know it yet) either in a new business or transform the one they currently operate. This client may be an owner in the industry of: Insurance, real estate, mortgage, technology or software or an entrepreneur of many businesses.
We work with individuals who see the value in personal growth and development or have flirted with self-help in the past with books and audios or seminar junkies; however, this type of client has never made a full commitment to invest in their future by enrolling in a training of this magnitude. They are ready for change and willing to do whatever it takes by enrolling in our professional trainings/coaching with Deb & Brandon to invest in themselves. These individuals have an open mind toward religion or have rejected conventional religion. This ideal client is frustrated with patterns of inconsistency, knowing that they still lack the truth. This client has questions that school and formal education has never answered for them.

We focus on Individuals in charge of leading a team or group of people who are looking for a new set of mindset tools & powerful communication techniques to motivate and inspire their team. They have already created some level of success financially and continue to search for the “why” behind what they do. They are looking for something that is missing inside their purpose and have not been able to discover what that is on there own. They want to master their business, so they have the confidence to go and teach a sales team, departments or align the company’s focus & goals. This client has the ability to separate the business from themselves to understand that real transformation is created internally not externally.

We want 70% or more of all clients who attend our trainings to become NLP Master Coaches & Trainers at the TT level and beyond.

They have open mind to learning new information, who have a spouse looking to attend our training as well and they both have a large network of friends, family, co-workers that they care about and want to help and will refer these people to us to enroll in future trainings.
They are truth seekers and have just begun to peek through, to the other side that consists of mass programming on society and the limitations it casts on us all. They are looking for total freedom and complete empowerment by attending our trainings.
      Thanks for any feedback,
      Brandon & Deb

Hey Brandon and Deb, this is very specific and clear. One little observation if I understand correctly what you’re saying, although I am willing to be wrong in my understanding. You’re actually looking for VL4 with 5 already opened neurologically and also 6. To look for the “why” behind the material success is VL6 thinking already. Be careful not to attract 4-6 here. Many VL4 thinkers have the appearance of VL6 questioning in their beards but they reject 5 as being something they’re not interested in. I don’t think you’ll get those, as the rest of your analysis has a lot of clarity, but I am mention it as a warning. Otherwise, all looks really good. It is obvious that you spent some time to think this through. As a result you don’t have to waste time with the people who don’t fit the pattern. Set goals in future TL and go for it.

      Hi Adriana,

please see below the characteristics of the niche I have put together thus far. It is kind of challenging to narrow down and really focus on specifics hence would appreciate your feedback on them. Thank you!

      – Business people, general public from Bucharest and big cities in Romania, with an income of min 22000 EUR/year, between the age of 18-70, looking for a positive change in their lives, committed to do the change, willing to leave the past bhaviors and patterns behind and invest in themselves, willing to learn more about themselves and to open their minds and eyes to live a freer life
      – They are typical VL3, VL 4 who are ready and willing to make a leap to higher levels and solve past problems or trauma
      – People who have come to a limit situation in their lives and feel the absolute need to change; they feel/know they cannot cope with the same ways of thinking and behaving as before and who are looking for sustainable ways to make a profound change in themselves
      – Willing to invest time and energy and put excuses behind, to find solutions to solve their problems, motivated to take action
      – People who want to improve family relationships: have better communication with family members, friends etc;
      – They don’t take for granted what they have been tought in school, in church or throughout their education, they question systems around them and are looking for answers
      – People with various backgrounds such as medical doctors, psycologists, people from various companies, corporations, stuck in a situation and who don’t see the way out, have lost self confidence
      – People looking for something fresh in their lives, tired of the old patterns or the same old problem repeating itself, be it in their career or personal lives
      – Women & men who have the curiosity to learn more about themselves and to develop their skills/add more skills to their current jobs
      – Business people who want to transform the mindset of their teams and to achieve better results; people who see value in aligning teams to the same set of values and same goals.

This niche has had me thinking a lot. I started out looking at my experience and areas I have worked or been involved in. Hospitality at a managing level, a little bit of selling cars (nothing to write home about) and predominantly being an electrician from domestic, commercial to heavy industry on drilling rigs.

This seemed like an obvious path to stick with what I know and also the obvious need from looking in externally, however over the past few months of testing in this area (and as I was at the time) it is full of very strong VL3 people that don’t need any help and would happily purchase a house knowing two weeks later the may be out of a job. Plenty of money for “toys” no money for self improvement.

I’m either missing something here or need to continue in the direction I’m going which is working 1 on 1 with business owners, aligning staff and creating strong foundation for growth via values alignments.

I am still a novice in this area and also seem to think unless I have a clear USP I will struggle to grow in this area as there are so many “business” coaches with far more experience.

Cameron, the world is full of VL3. I said in the trainings and in my book Values and The Evilution of Consciousness that the world in general is stationed between VL 2-3-4. The only country on the world who did full-on 5 was the USA. PAST tense. With the so-called mortgage crisis from 2007-8, even here we noticed a regression through VL. It is not hard to understand why. If there is not enough of anything (money, prosperity, satisfaction, jobs, love, joy, etc) people will revert to stealing. I grew up in socialism and everyone was stealing even if just a piece of paper because there was never enough money to buy what you needed. That’s why you have the surveillance systems to prevent people from stealing even when it would be easier to create the environment where people don’t have to resort to such behaviors. They don’t have the means to get what they want. So what we see is a going backwards though VL becausse the environment is changing. So, I would not be worried about that. There is nothing we can do. We are not the decision makers of the economic system in the world. BUT….. There is something we can do for our own businesses in order to be able to assist others.

To make a good business, you need to make money. Unfortunately this is still the world in which we live. Money is a means to something. You need to invest in advertising, marketing, etc, etc, etc, so people know you are there and you have something valuable to offer. So work with businesses who want your services. Even VL 3 needs your skill-set, depending on how you sell it to them. And remember two things: 1. as you work with people, you will undoubtedly help them through VL. But be careful, a very successful VL 3 will end up broke especially if s/he goes into the very trendy VL 4-6, love and light, New Age stuff. On the other hand, you have to recognize that if a person you worked with has progressed into such a VL, it was the time for them to do so. And 2. Not all VL 3 are bad people. VL 3 is not inherently bad. They can channel their 3ness into something positive. There are many VL 3 who take their 3-ness into becoming workaholics, and end up as very successful people.

As about the many coaches with far more experience….there are a lot of coaches out there with 30-40 years of experience and that means not much. You have a skill-set that most people don’t!

Always remember what you know and do not let yourself be impressed by someone who has been doing coaching for longer than you. It means nothing.bthe world is changing from under them as may as from anyone else. Results are everything. Do you get results with your clients? I am sure the answer is yeah!! I know how we trained you and I know how you think!

So keep going and let the doubts aside. If you need do some TLT and let go of the doubts as LD. And then focus on your goals!
You’re already on your way. Nobody said its gonna be no work.

And stay in touch. Everybody needs friends on the same wavelength. That’s why I made this forum. So we all feel we are supported, including you and me! ?

IDEAS FOR YOUR NICHE, READ PARAGRAPH 3

        Thanks Adriana,
Perfect answer whilst not giving me an “answer”. Over the years I have behaved at VL3 thinking very well and perhaps I’m finding it easier to “try” and avoid it rather then work with it. I too have experienced lower levels of thinking lately, namely 2 as I have been pushing myself out of my comfort zone and found myself utilising my newly accepted VL4 thinking to create a formal family meeting with my parents and brother so as getting the support I feel like I need. I grew up with that old belief of scarcity in money as my parents always said how hard they had it and had to scrape to live. I am up to chapter 9 in the Values book and recently realised the impact of social media amongst other things in the environment having the ability to send values thinking backwards.

I have recently and continuing a journey with a business owner in which I have experienced some profound outcomes. Letting go of fear and he realises that the defence force controlled him with fear also that he had been utilising these bully tactics within his own business, and then as we let go of guilt the realisation he had that the church had controlled him with guilt and also how he was using this with his employees. The following week had him questioning the “big man” as he calls him, and to the point he realised he was equal to god and could stand next to him rather then hold onto his leg like a scared little boy. Such good results with this business owner and I look forward to sharing a testimony video from him and also the continued growth within his business. In his words “Due to the work I have done with you I am now thinking 5 years ahead of where I thought I would be and because of this the business is growing quicker then anticipated”

I sat down the other day and wrote down all the jobs that I had, what went well with each of them, what stood out that I was continuously getting good results in. Namely my personal skills and how I am able to relate to people, the fact I have always been reliable in all these positioned while accelerating myself within the business, for example I was in a hospitality job for 12 months at the age of 18 before i was duty and gaming manager also doing rosters, running the bar and coordinating the kitchen. When I started my electrical trade which is normally 4 years long, I had it completed and signed off in 3, my 4th year consisted of taking a business in a new direction from domestic only to commercial and during this process I ran crews of up to 6 on commercial jobs when I “should” have still been an apprentice, so I know i get the job done and get the results. RELIABLE, RELATABLE and GETS THE JOB DONE. It’s the relatable bit that has now got me chunking down and looking at how I can create a group training for businesses, allowing them to communicate their message, with each other and with clients in a more effective way for all. I have plenty of stories where I have done this without consciously thinking about it in the past so it is easier for me to now break this into a process and tell a story or 3 while I present it. I believe this is one of the key reasons to use what we know and who we are, so when we are in the moment we can tell a metaphor without having to think too much at all.

I look forward to your valuable feedback on this Adriana. Thanks so much for this forum, It is true, we will all make it…. some may have more to work on and work through, however the more we work on the stronger we build ourselves, consistent consistent consistent with focus focus focus.

Good Caeron, based on what you said, it is now time to make your elevator pitch. Look at the project about tat, get ideas from other people who posted there, but make your own and run it in as many different ways you only can by people until you get so good at it that it’ll create the results you want.
BTW – I did answer your question. Only that I did not give you the proverbial fish, I am teaching you how to fish. Once you learn how to do the thinking, it’ll make you really independent and not relying on anyone else including your family. It is normal that you went back for support and it is nothing wrong with that especially that you are conscious of your behaviors (remember consciousness = awareness). But won’t it be much better to be successful on your own? ?

After weeks of being snowed under with clients (Not really complaining) thought I would take the next few days to get some of these projects underway and although a little late I prefer to post here so that it is out there

My training niche is Holistic/ Spiritual health professionals. My ideal client is spiritual type healers and natural therapy professionals who wish to add NLP TLT Hypnosis to their tool box and to treat the person as a whole.

My coaching niche has evolved organically and it is stress, depression and anxiety around food disorders, both over and under eating.

My current niche is middle aged rural (mostly horse loving) women at a transitional point in their lives.
They are frustrated with some aspect of their life, up for change and ready to do, and pay for, what it takes.
They want value for money, confidence, direction, motivation, health, and to find their mojo.
They appreciate a personal approach to coaching/trainings.
They may have suffered abuse, PTSD, and other adversities, or have a disability.
      “Personal Leadership for Horsewomen”

I realise this does not conform with my long-term, big picture vision. (project 1b)
It could however evolve into different profit centres. Especially into what really lights me up, which is working with young women 16-20yo as our future family, business, community, governmental leaders.
      “Personal Leadership for Rural Women”

      Loving these projects. Thanx Adriana.

I’ve spent a lot of time on this project and really enjoyed the specifics of it. I think that it will really help my marketing plan.

My niche is newly single women that want to create financial Independence who are struggling after divorce, break-up or tragedy.

I have written a full page of specifics about these clients. I know their age income level etc.

I’ve written a full page of programs to support them with a full page of issues that they need / want support for.

I’ve done the homework in my area about how big this issue is in silicon Valley and looked at the ads people have run to offer to support these women as well.

There is clearly competition in this Niche but not so much for training. There are plenty of opportunities to support families within this niche.

I’ve written a full page of my skills and experience that will support women in this niche.

All in all I have about 7 pages for this project. So, I’m really excited about this work and excited to get started refining my marketing materials.

Males and females, between the age of 30-45 who have a college education who are successful in their career but who feel they haven’t achieved their full potential compared to those around them and for their age.

Their next step up is a promotion to a managerial position but often they are not that interested, because the truth is they are not that committed to the field in which they work.

The people I work with find it hard to take the next step and don’t give themselves enough credit for what they know.

They earn over $80k per year, living in Sydney. Single or recently separated and feeling a fear of being lonely, and not achieving their career goals. Generally, they work in Finance, IT or marketing.

I like working people who have a certain level of creativity and are interested in staying fit. Also, an interest in mindset, spirituality and self-development is essential.

      Hola Adriana:
Currently I am focused on structuring my business in PR, as NLP coach for individuals and small business. I already started the bench mark, the branding and the legal structure of the business.
I also started the individual coaching, and luckily for me, the segment that is starting to come are young adults in the age of 19-35. I have to say that I love to work with them since they are very focused in solving the problem that keep them from achieving their goals for the future. Also, is very rewarding to know that I am supporting the future professionals in PR.

      Few questions:
•I have a client that has two values in conflict (toward/ toward). What is the proper procedure for this? TLT for limiting decisions?
•Also, in the same topic, what is the proper procedure for aligning values in relationships and or business?

I know is basic knowledge, but I need clarification.

      Thanks in advance!

Hey Wanda, sorry for the late reply. I was teaching an APEP training here in beautiful Sydney Australia and I was super busy every day from 12-8 pm. As you can imagine there was no much time for anything else.
To your questions: toward-toward conflicts are resolved by Parts Integration and maybe TLT if necessary to release limiting decisions. It is also on the page in your MP manual section 3.

Aligning values in business (which can give you an idea for relationships as well) is also in the MP manual in section 3. This is the section on values, and there is a page with step-by-step instructions about how to align values in corporations.
        I hope this helps.

For relationships, you elicit the values of the two partners, evaluate them for similrities and differences, decide with them what they want to have as a common values based on what they have now, negotiate (use the mediation process from MP to do so) and change accordingly using change values in hierarchy with SMDs. Make sure you are non-judgmental and coach them to decided on their own based on what they want not what you think is right based on your own values. But I know you would not do such a thing anyway. ?

One more question, how can the core values be elicited? Is it from the six life areas, the top values from all of them, or else?

      Thanks!

Either that, or you can find out on an individual by individual case, “What’s important to you about who you are? ”
Depending on how much clarity an individual has, you can use either. The first few life values are also indicative.
Again depending on the individual case, you may define “core” differently. So my answer is not black and white, but this is the situation. It is a little too simplistic to make such a rule as individuals are different and the clarity they have about their own “core” values differ from one to another.

      Hi everyone!

What is your niche? Who are you most comfortable with?

Thank you that for your sharing. I read the posts, that’s inspired me a lot.

      My ideal customer is:
      – The first niche I resonate with is: busy successful business people, especially women, 35-50+, with income +$20,000 yearly, with the problem like mine′s ( referring to the old solved problems) – they could regain the energy, focus for living a better life ( the desired one) with long marriages, children, frustrated, who are unsatisfied with their life, ready to make a change in their life, they want a chalenge, something fresh in their relantionship/job, they are almost in “ point C” – AND they don’t know yet. And they are ready to take action ( they want to lost weight , to became healthier, and they want to earn more money)

      – Could be business men also, owners or executives – they don’t have motivation any more – to transform their business, or to create a new one,

I have to define ”what makes me special” – ”my brand differentiation”. I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm, AND I have to put some puzzles pieces together.

I feel that, I am learning to go on the bike again: I am going a little, then fall, I get up, after that I go down, and go again to the bicycle… and so on.
Important is to be focused on the direction and to the destination.
I am continuing to push and drive myself into new learnings, staying outside the comfort zone, perpetual change.
I would like to discover the secret of an enjoyable journey… In my current job, I have had 2 full months, and Iulia my older daughter – started high school (another school cycle).

      Thank you!

My Niche long term is to help children 13 to 17 years of age who are having trouble fitting into the education system, but short term, I am extremely interested in creating a strategy to install self confidence and motivation in people. Self confidence can be learned and i believe motivation is the product of that. I believe they go hand in hand. This will be my hobby/project in my spare time…

        Hey Marty,
        This looks good.
The self-confidence issue is a big one considering that everyone suffers becasue of it in different ways and different percentages. You’ll have your hands full, but this is good. I can see the transformation in people.
The resolution of low self-esteem (as a big picture) is easy. A full break through but after that, comes the big step. To feel good about themselves people have to DO something with their lives, to build and achieve something on their own. Only personal achievements will build self-esteem, self -confidence, etc.
And not all people are happy to take responsibility for themselves and risk starting something or doing something on their own. The risk involved and the possibility of failing motivates them away from.
So they are motivated towards and at the same time away from. Which one wins?
So, after the breakthrough tasking galore!
        Good luck!

I have my background of leading young people in church, and currently practice as civil advocates in Malaysia. The niche market I define for myself are as follow:-

      Young people:
      • University student (age 18-23) [preparing them to think about their future (life in general), career path and goal, handle job interviews]
      • employed young adult (22-30), salary RM2.5k – 10k. [Achieving their goal in career (achievement and money), balance between personal life (relationship), work and inner peace (congruence of core value)]
      • Entrepreneur (0-3 years in business) [coaching to realise business goal, motivation and confidence, persistence, sense of fulfilment]

      Lawyer:
      • young Litigation lawyer (accident cases, negotiation, general litigation lawyer that do trials) [presentation skill, modelling writing skill, negotiation and mediation skill]
      • solicitors (dealing with government officers and demanding customers)

      Church:
      • Church leaders (age 20-50) [for own emotion “burn out”, clarify mist thinking, new pattern of thinking and analysing, breakthrough current trapped situation, set achievable goal and practical steps, unite churches co-workers and members, handling emotional church members, give counselling]

      • Geographic: East and West Malaysia
      • Demographic: 18-50 years old

After reading Adriana’s comment I’m interested to add Quitting Addiction as another niche group, but I foresee I need more study about them:
Quitting addiction: internet games, social medial, smoking, drugs. People use internet to numb themselves from the emotional pain. [teenagers and adult, anyone who realise, willing to admit and want to change]

This project is a hard one for me, I guess perhaps this is the major reason that I found hard to gain students. I niche seems broad, and I need some guidance in this one.

My ideal students and clients are people who are into personal development work and would spend their money & time on personal growth and spiritual advancement (currently mainly focus on Chinese but also non Chinese now & then).

There are two groups of people:

      1) Males and females, between the age of 35-50 (typical Level 4).

      – People are not doing exactly what they love, who want to change from making a living to live a life of their passion
      – people want to break free financially and emotionally
      – people have inner child issues
      – People want to empower themselves and create their own reality
      – People with inner conflicts, so they can’t move
      – People want to awake their inner genius
      – people want mind body and spirit intergration

They earn $100K plus, or they are living on their investments.

      2) Male and female, between the age of 20-30 (typically Level3, entrepreneurs or with wealthy parents) who are suffering depression due to low emotional intelligence.

I like working people who have a strong willingness to change. And an interest in mindset, spirituality and self-development is essential.

I have a long background in therapeutic work. I have also been studying consciousness for over 30 years. I have been studying martial arts for nearly 40 years and teach regularly. I have been performing on stage for nearly 50 years, so can help with public speaking. I have spent a lot of time Mountaineering, which comes with a whole raft of transferrable skills, for example flexibility, navigation (mind), lateral thinking and problem solving, creating new solutions, mental resilience. I also spent 16 years in the TV and film industry, and the Film industry in particular is organised very much along the lines of SMART goals, clear vision, flexibility, thinking differently, team work, meta programs etc. Everything is transferrable.

So current niche evolving in this direction:
4-in-1 NLP Prac and MPrac training to small groups, three times a year.
Executive Coaching – 1:1, Breakthroughs, 4-in-1 Practitioner / MPrac certification
Personal Coaching – 1:1, full range of presenting issues (therapeutic), excellence coaching (ex. athlete)
Prisons – inmates, CYF coaching processes, through the structure of the Hero’s Journey (Joseph Campbell)
Schools / children – schools based on circumstances e.g. knife crime being currently delivered. Individuals 1:1 around anxiety, phobias, exam success etc

My perfect target market by industry or strategic alliances:
Professionals, 35-55 earning over £25000, looking to improve communications, increase sales, get consistently better results or improve productivity.
      Therapeutic field, sales, legal, SMEs
Anyone wishing to improve the way they do business and communications, and gain an edge over their competitors

Marc thank you for providing this example….we talk about you so much in coaching other students who are starting their NLP business.

For the example you’re providing in this forum, I’m speaking specifically about the summary of the transferable skills you have listed that qualify you as an excellent Coach and Instructor.

A typical “fear” that others have is their lack of expertise in the field of NLP, maybe they just graduated and they think that they are ‘new’ to helping others.
NO!!!! They’re not new to life nor helping others because alllllll the skills they have picked up along the way can help clients think and act differently and used in conjunction with NLP and TLT this is what makes them unique and valuable in the field!

So thank you a million times for writing that!!!

You fascinate me with the work you’ve done in prisons and schools…simply amazing!

      HI there

My background is across both health and community tertiary services sector. I also taught community services and leadership in adult education sector for the past 2.5 years.

My niche is working with individuals with deep trauma (indigenous women and addiction) and providing supervision to workers in the Education Directorate (network Student Engagement Teams) and Community Services Sector who are also working with the most vulnerable individuals and families.

I am passionate about leadership and providing excellent support to workers. There is a culture of burnout and inadequate support in the sector and it is completely unnecessary for employees to be treated as resources rather than assets.

Ultimately, we would get much better client outcomes if the management of the people working with them was improved.

Breakthrough weekends for individuals – general population, this will be similar to CYF™

      For the training I will focus on running separate groups;

NLP/TLT®, Coaching and Hypno Training Prac & Master Prac – General population
NLP/TLT®, Coaching and Hypno Training Prac & Master Prac – For practitioners (Teachers/Counsellors/Coaches/Leaders/Social Workers/Community Workers/etc)

In the meantime, I say ‘yes’ to anyone that comes for individual work (weight loss, anxiety, quit smoking) that demonstrate a clear commitment to action and change, being at the business start up phase.

      Gen

Wow this was an awesome project to do. It stretched my mind into new territories while being surprised what come out of it.
When I started with this project I felt like being in trainers training- the stretching of the mind part- I mean.
      So here we go…
      Action point #1

With whom do I want to do business?
People feeling under pressure, stressed from work. Emotional and mental stress and pressure. People who are looking for a new passage, new learnings. Looking to develop themselves out of their comfort zone. Life how it was seems to not be working anymore as it used to.
Especially stressed because they feel they are missing something. Value level 4/5 was good and working for them and now they feel/sense there is more to discover/ grow into and feed back into their working and personal life. These people love their job and give a lot into the company they are working in. So far they have been fulfilled with their job and few personal relationships and now there is a urge for more.
Male and female in leading positions who are looking for a change in their personal life in order to be of better service in their working environment. Looking for a deeper purpose and wanting to be of an impact in their company and in this life. Adding more depth in their personal life. For this people working and personal life is not so separate. Looking for a change
I reach this people through approaching their businesses/ companies they work in as this is where I can connect with them. They are not the people in the yoga studios and mediation classes. They are “one working class level above”. They are the people who go working and usually hang out with their husband/wife, family and a few friends in the evenings and weekends.

With whom do I not want to do business?
People who have major physical impacts and feeling stressed and pressured from this.
      People with low income.
People who don’t want to change.
      Suckers

Be as specific as you can.
Identify the geographic range and the types of businesses or customers you want your business to target.
Working female and male between the age of 40 and 55 with an income of above 35,000 – 100,000 Euro/year.
Managers, supervisors, leaders. Who are working in businesses and companies with 100-50,000 people employed. My ideal customer/client is managing people.
People living in the western and eastern world. Either English or German speaking. (big picture)
(smaller junk) Targeting firstly Germany and Switzerland. Business of size 150-50,000 employees.
Secondly starting to target Austria. Thirdly adding France, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden.

      Action point #2

      – Master Personal Empowerment Strategies: Personal and professional empowerment strategies mastering your life.
NLP, Time Line Therapy, NLP Coaching Master Practitioner. Training Hypnosis Master Practitioner as an add on.

      Action point #3
Find out what needs your customers want fulfilled today. This depends on their values levels concerns/needs.
Seeking for more in their life. Wanting to be better communicators, under-standers, more balanced inside themselves. Seeking to learn more for themselves and their company. Seeking to develop into 6/7.
Seeking consciously or unconsciously for a change, in their values levels, in their personal life and working life.

Determine how well your products are meeting the needs of your customers. That is the purpose of business.
My products are meeting the needs of my customers

      Action point #4
Make a list of things you do best and the skills implicit in each of them.
      • List your personal achievements that are of value.
Getting my body and mind back working after my accident even though and just because I was told I wouldn’t be able to function normally again. -focus and achievement of my goals
Working as a magician and entertainer – achievement of my goal, growing, learning, developing
Developing and playing a theatre play – focus and achievement of my goal
Walking The Camino – endurance, keep going, one step after the other is leading to transformation
Starting a new life in Australia – focus and achievement of my goals, growing, learning, developing
Giving 100% in Trainers training – focus and achievement of my goals, growing, learning, developing

      • Identify the most important lessons you’ve learned in life and in the area you’re targeting.
Focus is leading to achievement of my goals and inherits growing, learning and developing myself along the way
      • Look for patterns that reveal your style or approach to resolving problems.
If the way I try it doesn’t work, what else is there, what else can I do, who else can I ask, what other options do I have to achieve my goal.
Or what other pathways are there to continue further into the direction I want to go. Because sometimes the goal which seemed to be important was just the starting point which got me moving.

So thats where I got to….
If there are any comments or constructive feedback,
      let me know:-)
      Bye for now
      Judith
