Hey Laura. Thank you for the encouragements! I am rather disappointed with the results but that’s only because I want everyone to sign up for training which is not realistic and too nice to be true :)) Also it taught me about reinforcing my boundaries and stop getting into endless discussions about how the person wants and is desperate to make the change but not willing to take any action.

However, as you mention, these are great experiences and I learned a lot from them in terms of what kind of format or topics work for the audience, how to handle apparently simple things as logistics, how to negotiate for the space and time you are taking where you are doing the intros, what marketing materials to have with you like for ex some flyers or banners…all small details however they all have some contribution to the image or brand you are creating for yourself.
Also, with every intro or presentation, I become more in control, I get more self confident about this and adding a lot of value to myself personally.

I realize also how important it is to have a website as it helps with your credibility and helps make decisions for those who want to know every single detail of what will happen in the trainings. Also it spares you endless emails and conversations about what, when etc.
So I am on that as well as preparing my notes for the Prac as often times it requires some re-listening of some of the topics until I master them well.
