Jimmy from Utah/Hawaii

It’s an honor to be in this group and I’m excited to continue this journey with all of you. I’m Jimmy Gilland. I have pursued personal development for years because I believe in actively working to evolve and become my best self, and continuously grow & innovate my business. I own a medium sized Wireless Accessory and Repair Service company with 25 locations within the major regional shopping centers in Utah, and on the island of Oahu. I have pursued education through reading, practice, as well as business courses, sales trainings, seminars, etc, for many years, in order to train myself and my sales, management, and executive teams at work.

When I attended Prac about 1.5 years ago, my life transformed in a way that was bigger than anything I had experienced before. Although I origionally attended for personal/professional development, I decided to start coaching, and took a few clients in my spare time after Prac. I started to get such results with the people I worked with, that it inspired me even more and became a passion. I feel a true calling to learn all I can and use it to make a difference in peoples lives around me, and maybe even assist in changing the world.

Now I am working to create my ideal life and am launching a small coaching/training company & website in about two weeks, to make myself publicly available for clients, as I have time. I am moving to my new home in Hawaii and am excited to see several of my goals coming to pass, and experiencing the changes I have set into motion, and pursue passions in music, and life. I am also continuing to take clients from friendships I have in the electronic music industry, and will be working part time to gain experience and continue to network and create things with conscious, powerful, action-oriented people. I will also be designing, and presenting trainings for my team, and expanding that outward as I continue to free up time from working my business (which is a great blessing and I am grateful for) and can focus more on training and coaching as a calling and passion.
