      Hi,

I thought I would put this question out there because I’m curious. Has anyone taught NLP or Time Line Therapy® as a conference workshop at a week long conference? There is an Integrative Medical Conference that I am interested in, my target audience are Health Care Providers who are interested in Personal/Growth development. I have practiced Pharmacy for 16 years and know how valuable this work is. The benefits they can have from this are tremendous not just in their own lives but also in the lives of the patients they interact with.

I’m curious to know how I could structure it to be in a workshop for a conference?

Thanks for any insights or experience you may offer.

      Hi Lee

I presented at an International NLP Conference last year, my slot was 90 mins, so I essentially ran through the CYF Coaching Processes.

There were two main aspects of what I did in the time available.

Firstly there was lots of why and what, appealing to their sense of curiosity while building rapport with the group. This included some NLP Comms, Cause & Effect,SMART goals, and CYF coaching processes. Secondly I ran them through a number of exercises which led them to build rapport with each other, state their main goal for the next 12 months, create a SMART goal for that, and as a group place a single goal in the timeline. So state building, vision building, SMART goal building, placing vision in TL. I did a group future pacing too, which was very Milton influenced. They loved it and want me back.

Is that enough detail for you to run with?
