Hi everyone,
Charlotte Sutton-Dockreay here and I am very happy that I have finally made my way onto the forum! Apologies for the delay its been a chaotic start to 2020, I am ready and raring to get stuck in now.
I was at Trainers in Sydney 2019 and I did my Master Prac in Melbourne August 2018, I am the British lady living in Hong Kong as a reminder for those at either one 🙂
I have been working as a Leadership and Soft Skills Trainer in the corporate world for the last few years, marketing/ business transformation for many years before that. After getting turbo charged on the motivation front at Trainers I spent a few months at the end of last year deliberating on whether to begin discussions to go part time or just bite the bullet and begin contracting/ running my own stuff entirely.
I am happy to say Friday was my last day of full-time employment! This Monday I launched my own coaching and training company and my plan is to run my first Practitioner on 1 April!
I have under 1 month to really get going and make the first session my reality.

Thank you Conor and Najla.
Unfortunately with the current environment I had to make the decision to postpone my first Prac. Understandably there is not much appetite in Hong Kong right now for public gatherings!
Right now I have more time to prepare, market and also get a schedule together that also includes the 2 day seminar to promote the other sessions.
Focusing on all the opportunities that have opened up with the postponement of the session. Time to write (which I love and never have time for) and get stuck into this forum 🙂

Hello Charlotte. Great to hear that you are now fully immersed in the business of changing the planet. My biggest challenge thus far has been technology. I would love someone to help me with this limiting belief I appear to be holding onto.
This ‘flu’ holds many great learnings for all of us. I’m sure you will have your first course up and running very soon.
