My mission is to empower 5M women to be seen + heard through authentic self-expression and wellbeing through my world class trainings and coaching. To achieve my goal, I will commit at least 5hrs per day at least 5 days a week to work on my business which means the branding, marketing, getting out there on social media and connecting with people and sharing what I do. My last day at my corporate job is 31 March 2021, which means that from April I will have more time to dedicate to my business, and my business goals.
For example, one of the commitments I have made is dedicating 1.5hrs per week to completing the Weekly projects and that to me is a way of working on my business. This time is scheduled and blocked out in my diary which means it is like I am attending a client meeting.
In terms of energy, I am currently doing an 8-week challenge which is designed on exercise and diet which I have found has made me more productive and focused. I plan to keep this routine once the challenge ends. Having an exercise routine, eating healthy and having rest is important for me to be able to be productive and give my business and life the right level of attention and focus it deserves. One of the other things I have noticed is, since doing the challenge I tend to like to go to bed at 9-9.30pm and my need for rest has increased which means I feel more refreshed and energised the next day.
I have hired a company to help me with all my branding, business cards and brochures and a marketing company to help me with advertising. Whilst each of them have been large investments at the start, I am hoping to make the money back from signing students and businesses up for my trainings. Marketing for me is at infancy stages as I work on my niche, target audience and how best to reach them.
