Hi Kripa
Ahh project No:1 is such a good project to start with and good on you for working through Project No:1 ๐ These projects are certainly designed to help us have and enjoy successful businesses.
I like your business goal and I get it. Have you used the Keys to An Achievable Outcome (I think page 10 of Practitioner manual) to develop your business goal? The beauty of the Keys to an Achievable Outcome is that the process will definitely help you get crystal clear on the goal. Remember the first question is about specificity. In my experience (and I have seriously experimented with this), the broadness of a goal can sometimes be so chunked up, I wonder how it will be achieved. Remember also when you learned how to insert a goal in the future, one element of a successful S.M.A.R.T. goal is specificity. The financial goal – is that specific for you?
Great that you are being a CA at the TJC trainings!! You will love it!! It’s a fantastic experience and I can say that Glen and I have met many wonderful coaches and learned so much about the workings of excellent trainings. We have seen students making incredible change within and going into their future magically.
I’m just reading through what you will be doing…. suggestion – go back to your business plan and get very clear on what you are doing and when – is it in one week? One month? 9 months? what will you do and when and what is the outcome that you will get at each step? This leads you to achieving your BIG business goal. Another tip….what is your 5 year business goal? Because your business is like a living thing – what you breathe into it, what you do to resource it, what you do to love it etc, will make a big difference. I give you an example – people I meet, ask me what I do for a job – I say, I don’t have a job, I have a business that is my global purpose etc etc…. Yes, we work on the business and IN the business and this requires flexibility etc. I hope this helps ๐
Your Business Values – good start. I recommend you read Adriana’s reply to Annie July 9, 2018 at 4:06 pm. Where is MONEY in your values? You are a business owner – what happened to money. Review the VL5 of the Values section of Master Prac. Have a go at this one again and I will read for you.
I’m curious about the Tarot Trainings. Is this part of your NLP trainings? Are you using this to springboard into your NLP trainings? What is the relationship between Tarot Trainings and your other trainings? Just curious.
Now, what training leads into the next training and so on – this will influence the scheduling, the sales/marketing etc. When you prepare your business plan, consider what trainings will feed to the next – and what numbers will you have at your trainings and what % rollovers do you want?
I truly hope this helps you so that come week one of April, your business plan is such a well prepared vehicle that you are even happier! Remember one of the great resources from VL4 are planning, structure and systems – super useful for VL5 ๐ I know you do amazing work in the corporate world and have so many resources to bring to your business.
Am very much looking forward to your response…
Go well! Gina ๐
