Hi!
Tell me what are you going to do with your successful business once you are a Master Trainer?
I have thought about this a lot.
I’m clear that at my core I’m a healer. My journey in learning, practicing, and training in NLP, Hypnosis has been driven by the desire to heal at the individual, group, and societal level. At the moment, one of my current life assignments is to use the tools of this work to help dismantle systemic racism and oppression, and to heal internalized trauma from such oppression. I’m starting with people of color. I notice that there seem to not be a lot of black and brown people around me that know about this work. At present my work is to educate, dispel myths, and then invite our community (black, latinx, indigenous, people of color) to learn and use these tools for self healing, decolonization of mindset, and thought evolution. One of the things I have always remembered about my trainings with Tad and Adriana is that they always stressed the importance of critical thinking and thinking for oneself.
Part of my business model is to train students to the Master Practitioner level (during the MT program) and have a select set of students come into my organization to continue doing Personal Transformation work with our clients while I focus on the training.
When I become a Master Trainer, my focus will be to produce more NLP trainers that can take over some of the Practitioner and Master Practitioner Trainers, so that I can have more leisure time with family, as well as time to be in the community facilitating NLP based learning programs for youth (which I intend to have created by the fall of this year). I’m going to be training my son, nieces and nephews…and if he (or one of the family members) take interest in this work, I will likely leave it to them to carry on legacy when I retire.
