To answer your question, yes it is the big picture to start with, and to chunk down into small steps (this is why the business plan starts from a year, to 6 months, to 3 months…etc). The same is also true for values. You elicit them first, and then chunk down into excitation of CEq for each value. As they say, most of the time the devil is in the details. So paying attention to all these steps becomes incredibly important. Do this project, next week we have a new one! ?
