I finally got around to doing this one.
I found that in doing this work, that not alot of limiting decisions came up. I had previously done work on these when I was just starting. I will be sure to be on the look out for anything that pops up. Here was my overview assessment of the competition from this context. I’m sure I could go deeper into to their competitive edge (and I will).

– Because they are known as the founders, they are regarded as the premium offering
– Tad James not only created TLT, but has dominated the NLP training industry for decades. His name speaks for itself

WHAT I HAVE
– I am one of the few Black Female Trainers and I’m focusing on communities of color – I’m a unicorn in that aspect
– I am relatable to my target market, and can speak to THEIR specific wants, needs, and desires
– I have a trademark for Mind ReMapping
– I have creativity and flexibility to bring this to untapped spaces
– I have created flexible training options for different needs of potential students
– I keep my trainings relatively small and intimate for more personalized attention
– I have business, marketing, and social media Savvy and I have a loyal following of not only potential students but other referral sources in my professional and social circles that even if they are not ready to do the training yet, are sending people to me who they come across who are interested
– I am a physician and that gives me another level of credibility
