Cameron, the issue of energy is very vast. There are many things draining one’s energy including but not limited to the frequency soup in which we are moving like cell phones radiation (you should turn yours off during the night, and that means OFF not in airplane mode), WiFi (make sure the WIFi is off during the night) ELF, EMF, weather management projects, solar radiation management, HAARP, CERN, etc. One sure thing to increase your level of energy is driven from two very simple factors: diet and sleep. Going to bed before 10 pm every night is essential and being on a paleo-kitogenic diet is another. I cannot stress this enough. It makes a massive difference in the level of energy you experience during the day. Make sure you do not drink fluoridated water. This is in most bottled water you buy as well as in your tap water. Therefore you need to now what brands of water do not contain fluoride and stay away from it. The level of essential oils (Omega 3,6,9) for your central nervous system is also very important. The endocrine system is squeezed because of the electronic soup in which we live, and because of the junk we put in our bodies. The endocrine system includes the adrenals. When the adrenals are stressed out from internal factors (mind and emotions), diet containing bad carbs and GM foods which elevate the level of estrogens and mess up the testosterone in men…all these factors impinge on the level of energy you experience. Read the book “Fat for Fuel” by Dr, Mercola. It is an easy and fun book to read. You can find it in Amazon. You need to feed literally your brain and endocrine system with the right inner and outer environment – mind and emotions – and correct physical foods and get a break from the electronic soup at least during the night when body recuperates from the daily stress. Stress is mental, emotional but also physical and by that I mean the invisible stress of the electronic noise in which we spend our modern lives. As I said this is a vast problem affecting most people I know and only a very disciplined life style can help. It is not an issue of motivation internal or external – in fact it has nothing to do with that. Very motivated people with their values totally aligned still experience energetic burn out. Now, to move people from their life style to the one supporting their energy levels is like trying to move mountains. It seems that the UM would rather go to bed at midnight and not give up the pasta, bread and cookies – because “it feels good” – than be healthy, but this is because the UM is like a kid and it needs directions from the CM. However, THE most important issue is sleep. This is the time where the body regenerates and recuperates and builds energy. Going to bed before 10 pm makes an enormous difference in the levels of energy one has. Of course there are other techniques to increase the level of energy that are not part of NLP per se, and, as you know, those we teach in APEP, however, even so, for all of us, sleep is essential. We found out that because of the stress on the body during the day (and especially the electromagnetic stress to which we are all subjected), our sleep needs have increased. And when we respect our body’s need for recuperation, the energy level increases also by more than 50%. I hope this makes sense and if you have more specific questions let me know.
This article from Dr. Mercola posted recently discusses the issue in depth. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2018/02/21/cellphone-radiation-linked-to-tumors.aspx?utm_source=prnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20180221Z1_UCM&et_cid=DM187797&et_rid=220815578
Here is an excerpt from this article:

“Connect your desktop computer to the internet via a wired Ethernet connection and be sure to put your desktop in airplane mode. Also avoid wireless keyboards, trackballs, mice, game systems, printers and portable house phones. Opt for the wired versions.
If you must use Wi-Fi, shut it off when not in use, especially at night when you are sleeping. Ideally, work toward hardwiring your house so you can eliminate Wi-Fi altogether. If you have a notebook without any Ethernet ports, a USB Ethernet adapter will allow you to connect to the internet with a wired connection.
Shut off the electricity to your bedroom at night. This typically works to reduce electrical fields from the wires in your wall unless there is an adjoining room next to your bedroom. If that is the case you will need to use a meter to determine if you also need to turn off power in the adjacent room.
Use a battery-powered alarm clock, ideally one without any light. I use a talking clock for the visually impaired.
If you still use a microwave oven, consider replacing it with a steam convection oven, which will heat your food as quickly and far more safely.
Avoid using “smart” appliances and thermostats that depend on wireless signaling. This would include all new “smart” TVs. They are called smart because they emit a Wi-Fi signal, and unlike your computer, you cannot shut the Wi-Fi signal off. Consider using a large computer monitor as your TV instead, as they don’t emit Wi-Fi.
Refuse smart meters as long as you can, or add a shield to an existing smart meter, some of which have been shown to reduce radiation by 98 to 99 percent.45
Consider moving your baby’s bed into your room instead of using a wireless baby monitor. Alternatively, use a hard-wired monitor.[ I know you don’t have kids, but he writes the article for all people]
Replace CFL bulbs with incandescent bulbs. Ideally remove all fluorescent lights from your house. Not only do they emit unhealthy light, but more importantly, they will actually transfer current to your body just being close to the bulbs.[that is if you can still find incandescent bulbs]
Avoid carrying your cellphone on your body unless in airplane mode and never sleep with it in your bedroom unless it is in airplane mode. Even in airplane mode it can emit signals, which is why I put my phone in a Faraday bag.
When using your cellphone, use the speaker phone and hold the phone at least 3 feet away from you. Seek to radically decrease your time on the cellphone. I typically use my cellphone less than 30 minutes a month, and mostly when traveling. Instead, use VoIP software phones that you can use while connected to the internet via a wired connection.”

Now about time management. this is related to the focused time you allocate to what you want to do (see also my answer to Cristina). And not only how much time you allocate, but how much FOCUSED time without interruptions and brain drainage you allocate to your important projects; what are THE important things for your business. If you’re in the middle of doing something important to you, and your phone rings and you’re pulled into an unrelated conversation, the energy drainage is huge. At the end of the conversation, you need to remember where you were, what you were thinking…and many times you don’t even get to complete what you intended to do for you don’t have time anymore. All that extraneous activity takes energy, which is spent on what you did NOT have in mind. If you want to spend time on talking to potential customers, but you have to attend to …hmmm… for example, your car’s windshield which just got cracked (as just happened to me the other day), i found yourself spending several hours on the phone with the insurance company, the repair shop…time which is wasted in regards to what i wanted to do but which i “needed’ to do, and which – personally i did not have in plan for the day. my whole program for the day went crazy. So, time management is also a different issue and it has NOTHING to do with motivation – inner or outer.

This was a long answer, i know, and i did not even start to talk about basic supplementation to increase energy, like boosting the immune system, etc.
