Hi, It make sense, of course, we should monitor only the effective work done for growing our succesfull bussiness (and focus only on that), and explain to the family: ” Until 9 pm (for ex) – 1,5 hours, you will not disturb me”. And you will enforce your boundaries, and you will teach them about the value of your time, and for the future for their time also.
