WOW, thanks Adriana for the informed response.
A lot of your original response to my statements I am already implementing (average of 85%), especially the sleep idea after the information you and Tad presented at trainers training around the hormones that are not replaced after this time (I did go and conduct research myself after that and found heaps (lots for you non aussies) of relevant information)

The biggest taking for me is definitely the WIFI issue, and also the distractions when setting myself to do a task and the amount of energy it takes when allowing ones self to distract. I have already started implementing this with some great results.

In terms of what we need to do vs what i want to do… People, try this hack Look up “coveys quadrant”
work out what is
URGENT IMPORTANT NOT URGENT + IMPORTANT

URGENT NOT IMPORTNANT NOT URGENT NOT IMPORTANT

By utilising this (making lists under each) it is easier to work out tasks for yourself and bring awareness to what we “do”

“parkinson’s law” is also effective to utilise, so for example creating accountability and setting timers when doing things and removing the distractions.

This is all N linguistic P and are just handy hacks to look at it differently.
