The first is with regards to this project and the fact that you and Shay revisit this quite often – I realized as well that as I go through the additional projects that Adriana posts, every time I have to sort of go back to check again my basics like ensuring the business plan is realistic, there is a greater meaning and ensuring my values fully support it.
Also I am keen to learn more from you on the point you are making on how the bigger the personal goals are, the more they drive momentum into your business.
