I love the idea Shay just gave me on the Seminars on NLP for Communication and on how flexibility can help you through the process.
I have been in business for a long time and for some reason I don’t feel like going and selling to the business (maybe because of the aggressive VL3 type of culture and a history of burnouts in the company I work for).
So I went ahead this week and did my first free intro to the general public on NLP and selling 1 weekend seminar on SCYF and Practitioner. I have posted the event on FB, about 35 ppl enrolled, 20 came, and I have 1 Prac enrollment already paid. Had huge learnings on how to organize the seminar, finding a theme, keep them interested and curious all the time.
It could have been more successful for sure in closing and selling and looking forwards for your recommendations on ways to do this more effectively next time and how to further connect with the ppl that have attended but not enrolled yet into any training.
