It was definitely worth doing it from a money return perspective and also from the perspective of the leanings and overall morale/motivation for the business going forwards. It is a very good suggestion to call the participants one by one as I am sure some of them would have liked to engage more on the topic and hopefully to learn/attend some future trainings! Thanks!
