Wow Darren, this is not a small task. I love it! But you need to be clear as to what is consciousness. Be sue it is not mindfulness, it is not meditation, it is not logic, it is not reason…it is all of the above and far more. So in order to help others, you have put yourself in the position to have to learn and experience all this yourself. Otherwise you cannot teach others.
