Hi again Miha,
Let’s take it one by one.
You out the homework for project one and two in the same thread for project 1. in the future pleas keep them on the right thread-I.e. Project one answer on project one thread etc. This goes for everyone please. It is too long to explain why this is the case, but trust me. It works better this way.
1.You say: one year from now makes it until March 5, 2019 correct? 15 workshops and marketing events. Is this 2 hours intros, or what events specifically do you mean? If it is so, that’s doable although it requires money to invest or solid contacts to put these events on. I am not saying it is not possible, I am just bringing to your attention some details you need to be aware of as it is unclear from your description.
2. 3 practitioners – how many people in each? You may say, well as a nay as I can get, but that’s saying “I’ll accept whatever”… And “whatever” is just not specific enough in setting goals (you are also an APEP graduate and you know far more about creati your future and projections). So I am sure you understand what I am saying here. Even if you think of it form setting goals as in CYF from TLT, it requires more specificity. You don’t have to wrote it here if you don’t want to share for whatever reason, you just need to make sue you have clarity in your head.
3. One MP. – again as above – how many people specifically?
4. The request from the company. Hiring , expanding the sales team etc. This is right down your oath of what you learned on. Master practitioner. Maya programs for hiring, values elicitaiton especially pay attention to the threshold values becaus these are the values that show you what is the threshold for a person to stay in the job for a long time or go, for eh sales team – also meta programs; you want STJ (sensor, thinker, judges) in meta programs and not IEP (intuitor, feels, perceived). A perceived is not good for sales as s/he does not have any need for closure sontheybwill not close the sales. In terms of. Allies levels for sales team you want VL 3-5 and not 2-4-6 so plenty of work to do and you know what to do. So, out of your comfort zone is good. Trust your knowledge and ask whatever you need. This is why we have this forum. For questions like this.
5. Your big picture is a little hazy. “Enlightened earth” can mean so many things. Make sure you understand what does that mean when you say these words. Healthy people could also mean people hooked onto machines or with a microchip in their heads to “make them healthy” with nanobots. I am not saying this is good or bad, right or wrong, as I don’t presume to tell you want to do. I am not that arrogant to say that I know better. What I am saying is that you should be again Rey clear in your head as to what that means. The roofless of enlightenment presupposes a period of breakdown of everything that keeps one from being enlightened. It’s not pretty. It presupposes that a person has to go several times through point C in the universal model of change. So, if you’re prepared to go for this, absolutely!!! It’s a worthy goal. But be also prepared to deal with people going through this, which is a period of drama, trauma as all the beliefs about what life is about will have to change. And giving up ones MOW is very difficult.
6. About your values. Make sure that values number 5 and 6 do not conflict with values number 1 -3. And also that they do no conflict to your goals for one year. You have lofty goals that presuppose a lot of work. And and I really mean a LOT of work. No time to travel and do nothing. No time for nothing in your head. In fact business owners and VL5 people have too much in their heads. This is why self-hypnosis is necessary to take things out of ones head every evening so one can sleep. Ask any business owner. They live and breathe their business. It is stuck to their hip like a needy 5 year old child. There is no time off. So, as I see it, your values 4 and 5 conflict with your goals. You’re either going to have these values unfulfilled if you don’t really go for your goals for the year which will end up with you feeling frustrated with not achieving them, or you’re not going to have your values 4 and 5 fulfilled which is the same thing. They are in conflict for the moment.
That’s my analysis of what you posted and I hoe I gave you some ideas to work on. Let me know if you have other questions.
