Thank you very much Adriana. I understand what you mean 100%. Personally I am a heart centre person, as much as I also have an very active mind with a strong AD (Auditory Digital). I went into Buddhism to practice living in the present moment (heavily influenced by Eckhart Tolle’s Power of Now) and also influenced by the heart-centred teaching of the New Age (such as Osho, who reckons that our mind is the best tool but the worst master. Our head should follow our heart but not the other way around), this for me is the spirituality I know so far.
Please let me know how you think. For me, guided meditation is another way of saying Hypnosis, as they are practically the same thing.
