My well meaning father puts all his faith in to the white coat and Science. And over the holiday he was so against me taking vitamins because he read somewhere in some journal that you can damage your liver with vitamins. I guess this is right if you are mega dosing and drinking enough water. The interesting thing was he had just received a recall on one of the perception drugs he had been taking for yrs that turned out to killing people and cause serious liver damages. Hmmmmm. I wish he would be more open.
