This niche has had me thinking a lot. I started out looking at my experience and areas I have worked or been involved in. Hospitality at a managing level, a little bit of selling cars (nothing to write home about) and predominantly being an electrician from domestic, commercial to heavy industry on drilling rigs.

This seemed like an obvious path to stick with what I know and also the obvious need from looking in externally, however over the past few months of testing in this area (and as I was at the time) it is full of very strong VL3 people that don’t need any help and would happily purchase a house knowing two weeks later the may be out of a job. Plenty of money for “toys” no money for self improvement.

I’m either missing something here or need to continue in the direction I’m going which is working 1 on 1 with business owners, aligning staff and creating strong foundation for growth via values alignments.

I am still a novice in this area and also seem to think unless I have a clear USP I will struggle to grow in this area as there are so many “business” coaches with far more experience.
