Good afternoon everyone,

I am playing a little bit of catch up and will be making my way back through these threads in the hopes of catching up. This is actually a great thread for me to get started as I just finished my third NLP Practitioner Training since graduating in October. My fourth is set for May 17th and the fifth is set for July 12th. It took three months to transcribe the tapes and put in order to deliver for training. After the first training I made changes to the manual as I knew and remembered more than I thought I would remember (which was a wonderful surprise). My manual was more than 1300 pages (LOL) not wanting to miss out anything. The second NLP Prac went fantastic and I kept surprising myself with how much came more naturally and how much more was sinking in. The third one, four people at this one (were all recommendations from the second training) and the 4th and 5th are recommendations and some of my regular clients.

A couple of things I would like to personally express – the transcribing and putting together of the manuals was tedious, time consuming and brought about limited financial income during that time, however, boy did it sink in. Now I adding my own flair to the metaphors and stories and feel so much more confident.

I am currently going through my manual again to match and reorder slides to flow with more ease. Sometimes I want to pinch myself that I am running NLP trainings and getting recommendations for people to take them.

I share this because of the limiting beliefs and doubts that I could do it. For me, it was jump in with both legs and flap my arms until I was swimming with ease. Doing it regardless of feeling or knowing you are completely equipped to proceed does not matter – what matters is you take action. The Five Principles to Success have stuck with me and I love this work.

Didn’t think I even wanted to, but now considering doing a Master Prac next year as I will have five Prac’s under my belt and will be attending TJC in September in Vegas.

One of the things that Adriana and Tad have said repeatedly on the tapes and in training – don’t wait till it is perfect – make the tweaks as you go that is how we learn best.

Back to preparing for Prac #4 🙂
