I agree with Debra. It takes a lot of time to transcribe the audio, but it really sinks in as a result, and the whole format is there as a template. Once I did the first Prac I knew where to improve and any adjustments to make for the next. The second went smoother and I was more confident in delivery and style. The third I really hit my stride and put so much more of my own experience in there. The fourth produced exquisite experiences for everyone, including me. I felt I had really made it my own.
Now the task begins of transcribing Master Prac audio!
