I did not say it won’t be work to be done in transcribing the Prac. But as you and Debra describe, it is worth the effort as it really sinks in. I had the same experience only that I did the transcribing before TT to prepare myself. After doing that I felt you can wake me up at 3 am and ask me to teach envy topic from the prac and I knew how to teach it. I assume that is true for you, too.
And as you say Marc, the idea is not to create copy-cats of Tad and myself, but to make it your own. To become your brand under the big umbrella called teaching NLP Coaching. Well done and for more successful trainings to come.
