Hi there everybody,
I have spent some time working on my values. I already had been working on my personal values, and now I have my business values as well.
Personal values:
Freedom (work where I want, when I want, doing what I enjoy doing, I no longer work to live, but work is part of my freedom)
Money (Money gives choice, and money gives opportunity, also it takes the pressure away from not having it)
Career (Be successful at what I do, love what I do, career is part of my lifestyle)
Personal Development (Grow spirituality and personally. Be in an inter-dependent relationship in which you support each other)
Lifestyle (Career that I love with the opportunity to spend lots of time travelling with my partner and exploring different cultures across the world.
Business Values
Be hugely profitable (Manage my money wisely, have passive income, and get rewarded for transforming the lives of many people)
Ethical and Authentic (Be a role model to others. Stay true to who I am and what I teach others)
Communication (this is about my message of being ethical and authentic, and how I relate to others and how I am perceived (adventurous, creative, knowledgeable, youthful and positive energy)
Excel in sales and marketing (it is a personal block which I am currently releasing. How do I stand out, what makes me different? How do I tap into all of my knowledge? I don’t know how to sell IT
Lifestyle (My job is part of my lifestyle, giving me the freedom and opportunity to live life accordingly, this aligns my career with personal values)
Work globally (Fits in with my lifestyle and my desire to reach as many people as I can)
Heal people and transform people’s lives (Yes, I am passionate about helping people transform and experience life’s richness filled with improved relationships, career opportunities, health, wealth and confidence)
Share the stage with the world’s greatest. (Oprah Winfrey is in my phone, As is Joe Dispenza, Bob Proctor and a few others, I am clear on my vision, but at times I struggle how to organise everything I know)
My exit strategy is to leave it to somebody else and get them to carry on the legacy or to enjoy the success
Have everything systemised (How can I systemise my coaching? My business is too immature to think about stuff like that. It feels a bit restrictive, also not like me, I am more the creative person)
