It is actually rather simple.
If you don’t have an IR for money/sales/rollovers what is that doing in your values hierarchy?
Remember you elicit your values AS THEY ARE now.
If you did that, you should have a clear IR of that value even if it is clustered. Remember not all people have clustered values. But each of the values, (we talked about it in MP) has a picture associated with it. If there is no picture…there is no value just an empty word (Ad, label).
If you don’t have an IR this means that your value is how you think it should be not as it really is.
You can create an IR for the value as you want it to be in case you decide to insert a new values in the hierarchy. No problem there. Make sure there are no incongruities, conflicts, and away froms in the value by doing TLT to let go of all the away froms and if necessary parts integration. But aside from that, if the value is not there and you want it to be there (which I gather from what you said) make up an IR, ask yourself how would it be if it was there, where you see money coming to you, doing sales and having the rollovers you want for your trainings. THEN, insert it in the values hierarchy at No. 3 if this is the place where you want it to be and ecology is taken into account.
