Thanks Adriana. Just read through the transcript. I think it’s an interesting point that we also have to stabilise on the journey of growth. Hadn’t quite considered it that way and it makes sense – thank you. I like the 10,000 hour metric for mastery at anything. I think it was Malcolm Gladwell who came up with it.
