I have always struggled to find a step in point for my business. but I have got it now. it also means I need to reassess my target audience.

my new audience:
my initial approach is to target people who do job interviews, young career professionals between the age of 25 and 35. very different but I am feeling EXCITED about it.

but I can also teach the same thing to people who recruit people as well as people who need to pitch their businesses and their ideas (small business owners and start ups), but I am going to focus on the younger generation. here are my pitches (which include pitches for the other two sub groups.

I teach job seekers how to communicate with confidence during job interviews

I help recruiters/ small business owners improve their interview skills (note not my favourite is feels it focuses on “features”)

I teach job hunters how to be confident during job interviews

I help job hunters look act and feel confident during job interviews

I teach job seekers how to look act and feel confident during job interviews

I teach recruiters how to spot honest and authentic candidates during interviews

I teach small business owners how to spot…..

I teach small business owners and start ups how to look act and feel confident when pitching their ideas and presenting their business

the only thing I am wondering is whether I change the word job seeker/ hunter to something else???

I go between teach and help would there be a preference from a language point of view?

love your feedback

always with gratitude

Markus
