Yup! And you’re so right! Great goal, huge effort, but if successful it’ll be of enormous impact in the younger generation.
There is a movement now in the EU toward “skill based hiring” – looking for entrepreneurship, or entrepreneurial mindset. In other words, the DO-ers not the talkers or the entitled or the whiners.
Truth to the table, the younger generation is not taught entrepreneurial skills. In fact they are discouraged from being “individualistic” as this is equated with selfish. One has nothing to do with the other. You can work for the benefit of community at large which is the normal course, AND be an individual.
I like the line you posted: “Don’t ask your kids what they want to be when they grow up, because their jobs aren’t created yet. Instead, ask them what do they want to achieve and what problems do they want to fix with self-confidence.”
I see a lot of possibilities for business there, right in that sentence.
