Time: My plan is to spend 6 hours a day for NLP. 2 hours doing transcribe, 2 hours to translate course material into Mandarin, 1 hour NLP related reading, 1 hour to manage fb page and designing workshop/seminar outlines and brochure.
Money: I think spending 10% of intended income on market/advertising is fair. But honestly I am struggling because of the monthly commitment I’ve made for Master Trainer Program and Time Line Therapy (R) Trainer program. I am considering whether to commit to BNI which suppose to open up network and opportunities to market my training.
Energy: I will practice “block time” for uninterrupted energy spent in time I allocated for NLP. Will also adjust my sleeping time to sleep early so has better energy in the morning.
