I have my background of leading young people in church, and currently practice as civil advocates in Malaysia. The niche market I define for myself are as follow:-
Young people:
• University student (age 18-23) [preparing them to think about their future (life in general), career path and goal, handle job interviews]
• employed young adult (22-30), salary RM2.5k – 10k. [Achieving their goal in career (achievement and money), balance between personal life (relationship), work and inner peace (congruence of core value)]
• Entrepreneur (0-3 years in business) [coaching to realise business goal, motivation and confidence, persistence, sense of fulfilment]
Lawyer:
• young Litigation lawyer (accident cases, negotiation, general litigation lawyer that do trials) [presentation skill, modelling writing skill, negotiation and mediation skill]
• solicitors (dealing with government officers and demanding customers)
Church:
• Church leaders (age 20-50) [for own emotion “burn out”, clarify mist thinking, new pattern of thinking and analysing, breakthrough current trapped situation, set achievable goal and practical steps, unite churches co-workers and members, handling emotional church members, give counselling]
• Geographic: East and West Malaysia
• Demographic: 18-50 years old
After reading Adriana’s comment I’m interested to add Quitting Addiction as another niche group, but I foresee I need more study about them:
Quitting addiction: internet games, social medial, smoking, drugs. People use internet to numb themselves from the emotional pain. [teenagers and adult, anyone who realise, willing to admit and want to change]
