Hi Linda how are you. Great to read that you are taking your son together with you in this journey. I am thinking in bringing my older son Sebastian, age 14, to Prac this year. And I need to convince him. It would be so helpful for him to attend and get all the tools and being able to control his anxiety. Do you think it would be possible for your son to talk with mine about his experience? how old is him? it would be very helpful for him to hear it from another kid perspective.
