Pick a couple good songs and do some states in silence just guiding them through the state elicitation script, using your voice/ your state to get them into state. Some of these people will come back to your Practitioner training so it’s good to think about what their perception will be in Prac….(you don’t want them to think they NEED music to do state elicitation…this is just a bells-n-whistles type of intro )
I know it was my suggestion, just wanted to clarify my thinking behind it as well 🙂
And I always pick a good progressive dance beat makes a good suggestion to let the state build !
