KeymasterHello everyone,
In this time and age, this video will be a challenge… without giving away any of the plot; but I dare you to watch this, uninterrupted, with FULL attention for all of three minutes.
Can you?
Please post replies below with your experiences and challenges (if any)… thank you !!

KeymasterCan’t tell you, as I started watching, how everyone was sending texts, messages. notifications and even a phone call (which nicely covered the whole screen, conveniently)… but I’ve stuck to my guns and watched it. Very good – and true (sadly so)… BB

ParticipantThanks for sharing that, Bogdan! I must admit that I have an unfair advantage. We travelled six weeks by motorboat from the top of the Northern Territory to Cape Leveque, 150 km from Broome by boat and with no phone signals, emails by satellite only…it was a great challenge to fully immerse only in nature! This also meant taking photos of every possible moving creature on the sand…watching snails, turtles, bugs….you name it, I’ve done it! I survived the video…whoopee! However, my mind did wander off to my trip on the Kimberley coast and it is so lovely indeed to be in Position #4 feeling so happy and lost in nature.
*you can truly switch off -if you decide to!*

ParticipantNice one BB, love it. I still watch snails! Every day the birds on our roof leave droppings on the floor outside my window, and every night the snails come and remove the droppings, leaving no trace. I love the symbiosis of it all. But seriously, moment to moment continuity of consciousness is a challenge. Even when I am practicing Aikido and doing my best to be full on conscious, I would say it is fractured. However, filling in the gaps is a worthwhile pursuit in my opinion.

ParticipantWent into learning state at the start of the video dare. What was there to learn there?
Perhaps that I wasted 3 minuets I could have using to meditate which I actually was doing as I absorbed everything he said about the truth of the millennial generation and everyone who has subscribed to it. Hummm… -

ParticipantIt is an interesting task- that feels easy but my mind kept fast forwarding. I did succeed and it did take some effort on my part.
Good one ☝️ -

ParticipantIt is a great laugh and so true for so many…
I tend to watch podcasts, interviews and lectures that range from 1-3 hours, so this is a blip…
The only time I checked the time was to see if it was presented as one time, and was actually much longer because it wasn’t about to improve my day…I watched an interview that included a clip of a former FB exec was talking about how the entire platform was built upon the biochemical addiction to the quick fix for information. They tested for it, and intentionally developed with that in mind. The attention span of most people will not improve as a result…
Make them unable to focus and addicted I think was the underlying message…

KeymasterDavid, what you say is true. I posted part of that interview in the section on “Videos and Aritcles of Ineterst”
Knowledge on how the mind works (including on the bio-chemical level) gives one an advantage. Good comment. Be well.

ParticipantI love it! I found it fairly easy. A great deal of my day is completely focussed on the horse I am working with. I did question my perception of time at one point and had a chuckle.

ParticipantI succeeded in watching this video. It wasn’t a great deal. Just 3 minutes, I survived. Now I don’t have any time left….I have to rush and do my email…. hahaha.

ParticipantI actually love this! Going to subject my children to it tonight. I still become mesmerised for up to an hour in nature and its so important that we enjoy the now and the things we love. The scroll hole is real however when used effectively can create unmeasured success! thanks for sharing this xx
